Great when we were able to get tutoring.

I’m so glad I choose brighterly for my granddaughter. It took her a little bit to warm up to the teacher. The teacher made her feel so comfortable, confident the way he explained everything to her he wouldn’t move on until she felt confident enough to go on. I would recommend Brighterly to anyone definitely 5 stars in my book…I look forward to continuing working with them.

My daughter has shown great improvement in math. She is also able to solve math problem independently

I have had an amazing experience with Brighterly. His tutor has been amazing and my son enjoys his class. I did face some challenges with scheduling but customer service helped resolve it. I recommend Brighterly.

We were really very pleased. Our daughter is just learning English and thanks to lessons, her English reading, writing and reading comprehension skills have improved greatly. Our teacher is very patient and teaches in an easy way. We recommend them to everyone

Billie has been an incredible math tutor for my son through Brighterly. He is very kind, patient, and understanding. He takes the time to explain different math concepts in a way that truly makes sense and never overwhelms him. Billie creates a comfortable learning environment where my son feels supported and confident asking questions. We have seen such a positive difference in both his understanding and his confidence in math. We are very grateful for Billie's guidance and support.

My daughter has improved a lot over the time in Math. She has progressed from 81 percentile to 92 as per her school progress report. All thanks to Mr. Jon Jon sir, he’s been supporting, helping, guiding and teaching my daughter in all the aspects of Math. Best tutor ever!! Really appreciate Brighterly for assigning my daughter to Mr. Jon Jon sir.

My experience with the demo tutoring went well. The tutors were very knowledgeable and cheerful. I had connectivity issues connecting but overall it was a great experience.

Had a great experience with the online setup and the tutor was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I will recommend this program to anyone that has kids that need a tutoring classes.

Likes: I like the flexibility of having access to a tutor:
* 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm - that sort of availability is unheard of, so really nice!
* I like being able to schedule as often as I need to.
* Sometimes last minute needs are met which is really nice.
*Some tutors are really encouraging and friendly which is a breathe of fresh air from the school district experiences.
* My kiddo likes having a tutor for Math and a tutor for ELA because of the different styles and ways she learns.
* I like that they have backup content available per grade level to support the high need area.
* I like that homework is available as needed to support the learning.

Dislikes: I dislike:
* Automatic scheduling for sessions I do not want or agree too. It sometimes feels like we are being forced to meet without actually agreeing pr needing the sessions, so I find that every week to every other week I have to keep sharing to remove sessions I didn't schedule. That's super annoying and wastes your money and time!

* They primarily communicate through WhatsApp, and generally no one knows what is going on between modes of communication - WhatsApp and phone call communications - so that is super frustrating.

* Sometimes sessions end early, where you only get 25-30 minutes for a session that is suppose to be 45 minutes with 15 minutes for potential questions, so that is not favorable, whatsoever.

* Tutors frequently have technical issues both audio and visual making it to where session time is getting eaten up by the tutors technical issues.

* Sessions get canceled with no advance notice or reason every so often.

She is very friendly and professional my daughter loves her!

We started brighterly ELA three month ago. My son is autistic and very behind in reading. He was not making progress even with in person instruction.I took a trial with Brighterly and decided to give it try for 1 year. Brighterly changed my son’s instructor 3 times to find the perfect fit for his needs.
We finally have a tutor and she is amazing. Her name is Noelen. It’s been three month with her and he is progressing well. His instruction is individualized and slow paced. Me and Ms. Noelen work together as a team. she really understands my son’s language needs now.
I am very happy with Ms. Noelen. Her lesson plans are very good and engaging. During 45 min session, she does two brain break activities which my son really like and able to focus better. I am sure next year he will start reading fluently.

Ms Jade is an amazing teacher, she has been helping my daughter for about a month now and I see improvements.She works closely with the parents to understand the child and the way she can help better.I love this platform.
