Scam? Nothing arrived. No responses
I bought the magnetic chess online. Despite emails to customer services, nothing has arrived months later and I have had no response from customer services. I see others on line say that this is a scam website.

Package tracked to be in Manchester on 24 Sept. no sign by 4 October so I emailed. They insist delivery on 30 Sept. I emailed no delivery on that date. They insist I ask neighbours and check with Post Office. I did. Tracking actually stated “out for delivery by local delivery company”. That is not Post Office. I was in my home all day on 30 Sept. I believe this company have defrauded this 80 year old out of two Christmas presents for friends. Disgusted totally.
Super handy for cutting perfect watermelon cubes quickly. Quality is decent, and price is affordable, it could have been better.
Purchased an item recently that turned out satisfactory overall. It came well-packaged, protecting it from any potential damage during transit. Quality and functionality are good, although not exceptional. It does the job, making it a decent addition to the kitchen arsenal.
Despite a three-week wait, the feline window perch arrives as a good buy. Its sturdy build justifies the cost, providing a cozy spot for cats to lounge while basking in the sun.
After using this product, I found it practical and easy to use. Took around three weeks to arrive, but the design and functionality make up for the delay.
I order a bang lamp which is a lamp that had a gun controller and the entire product was one big false advertisement. After proving the customer service that they provided the wrong controller which was an ordinary flat one as opposed the gun controller, customer service did not care and offered me $4 back to return my $100 order. This site is a scam.
I ordered two bike horns. They never arrived. Their contact is an automatic chat that doesen't solve the problem. I have set them 4 emails at different dates with the same dead end.
I ordered a dog bed, medium. It arrived, but it was super small. I have taken photos against my dog and its existing bed and it is obviously a very small. The company has offered me a small compensation payment. I cannot use the product and now they have offered a full refund if I send the product back. I cannot use it so I will do so and they have told me I have to pay for that. This has been a totally unpleasant experience and I do not have a product to use and it has cost me the price to return it to China.
