I just completed the on-boarding session and for someone who is not tech-savvy, the walk through was quite smooth and very transparent. Although, I will gain comfortability with the more I use the software it was proven to me that the capabilities reach the far depths of what is required to be self sustaining and very efficient!

The on-boarding process was very well organized, and described thoroughly. Tyson our rep walked us through each important feature of the app, and was very knowledgeable about the software.

Today I had my first on boarding meeting. Syed was very helpful and going through the software and explained every section patiently.

Bright Hr levelled the playing ground for me against the bigger more established Construction Co. I am so streamlined in all aspects of managing my employees you would think I have a half dozen people employed for just that. It’s just my Wife and Myself.

The customer service we have received has been amazing. They are very understanding and willing to assist with the needs of our company.

I have had a terrible experience with BrightHR Canada, and I strongly recommend avoiding their services. Their employee contract templates are completely inadequate, and they do not hold up against Ministry of Labour claims. After using their templates, I found myself in a situation where the contracts were not in compliance with labor laws, leading to unnecessary complications and legal concerns.

To make matters worse, once you’re locked into a contract with them, you’re stuck for up to five years! If you want to exit the contract early, you are required to pay a ridiculous 80% of the total contract balance. This is absolutely outrageous, especially considering you don’t receive any benefit beyond simply being allowed to exit the contract. They essentially demand a huge sum of money for you to leave, and you’re left with nothing in return.

I feel completely taken advantage of, and I deeply regret using BrightHR’s services. Their contracts are outdated, non-compliant, and they have extremely unfair exit terms. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company. There are far better options out there for employee contracts that actually protect your interests without locking you into a financial nightmare.

EXTREMELY unprofessional!

We were just looking into information and contracts at this time. Someone from the Canadian office reached out to us and we just explained at this time we were just gathering information and were not looking to work with them. We said would reach out in the future if we wanted to proceed.

From the minute we told the gentleman we were not looking for anything he was stand offish and then when we finally said no to right now he finished the call with "good luck with your nonbinding contracts holding up in court". Completely uncalled for just because we were not looking for anything specific at this moment and were just looking at information.

Terrible to deal with. They auto-renewed after multiple times telling them I don't want to. Then gave me a hard time with asking for a refund. Money grab. So frustrating.
