Good afternoon. The BrightHR onboarding experiences, as well as discussions with the HR consultant provided valuable information. Both individuals were very well versed in their areas and both very patient and friendly. The onboarding was receiving was explained and reviewed effectively allowing for immediate use in inputting data, and the template documents were received almost immediately after discussions with the consultant. Excellent discussions and valuable resources. Thank you.

The training sessions with Alvira about the BrightHR and the Blip app! was great. She was very patient to answer all our questions and making sure that we understand every step. She was very pleasant and friendly. We are very excited to use the features that BrightHR offers. Hopefully this would make the management task seamless.

Always happy and satisfied with the process and response when I contact Bright HR for support. There are features I still don't use but there are a lot of resources to learn how to use them including a live agent who always seems available to answer my call. Bright HR also allows me to delegate admin/management duties with the right amount of access. Love this program.

Our company has been using BrightHR for about a year. During the training session today, Natalie provided instructions and demonstrations as to how to utilize the program more effectively. She was patient and very pleasant answering questions and made several recommendations that will be very helpful in the future.

BrightHR has come a long way since its introduction. Scheduling feature is a great value add with drag and drop functionality. And the ability to get the data on a spreadsheet is essential. Thanks Natalie for a walk through through New features. We will definitely use BrightHR a lot more for our HR needs.
