Great product for the money, but shipper was lazy and took it to the Post Office. UPS is the only shipper that does their job in these parts.

Good overall experience. Socks arrived within a week, and the wraps were delayed with the option to keep the order or get a refund. I was told I’d be kept updated, but after waiting over a week with no update, I reached out. Customer service then resolved it quickly and delivered the wraps the next day. The wraps are decent, and the socks are noticeably better quality than similar ones from Amazon.

This site was recommended by my physical therapist, and I am a fan. The selection is huge, with filters that make it easy to home in on what you want. If needed there's also information to help you make your choice. Shipping was fast with notifications along the way, and the products were as advertised.

I am a Lymphedema garments fitter. I have used and recommended Bright Life direct to my patients for 10 years now. Insurance does not always cover all the garments my patients need and often I want my patients to have additional fashion items that I cannot order for them. Bright life direct has all the brands, great customer service, free shipping and return policy.

Purchased compression stockings in the UK after carefully reading their “Easy returns” policy, corroborating that my item was eligible and that the system described was straightforward with an automatically generated label for £7 which would be deducted from my refund. The compression stockings were terribly uncomfortable, so I am trying to return and now Brightlife Direct is refusing to create a prepaid label saying that the policy described applies only to US customers and I have to arrange and pay for the international shipping. Clearly misleading and in violation of UK customer protection law, given that in compliance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, businesses selling to UK consumers must provide accurate and transparent information about return costs, and they must honor the policy they advertise.

I am now having to go through a PayPal claim process.

I'll admit I was very apprehensive about ordering from a site I am not familiar with especially for compression stockings. But I received the order in a timely manner and luckily selected both the right size and the right company on BrightLife Direct to order from. So I would say you can feel comfortable ordering from this site. I cannot speak to returns or refunds since I didn't need to do that.

Compression socks are expensive. My last order came in a pair short. Called up, quick answer and settled fast. Awesome customer service. I was so happy as these are my most comfortable socks out of the few brands I have tried. Life long customer now.

Easy to narrow down my search criteria. There are way too many brands, compression levels, sizes, lengths, etc. of compression stockings. I was happy to find it easy to narrow down my search for the length, toe-type, brand, and compression that I was looking for. I just wish compression stockings were not so expensive. The companies making them must be making tons of money.
