These guys are top draw. The lights arrived on time and are great quality. I shopped around for best value and they couldn’t be beaten on price either. Service was first class - they basically do exactly what it says on their tin and I will continue to return to them as the first choice provider for all my lighting needs.

We bought a set of lights for our outdoor tree. When they arrived, we were so pleased with the size and quality that we bought another two sets. Then we discovered that sets can be linked together so we bought a fourth set! All four sets are creating a magnificent impact. All arrived promptly without any problems. We will certainly use Brightlightz for future purchases.

I have been using Brightlightz for a number of years now as a domestic user, having purchased dozens of items from them, for both my own home, and for friends homes. I always receive brilliant service from them and they are always there to help with advice. Both Shaun and Karl have helped me resolve queries on many occasions and they go out of their way to help you. I had an issue with a transformer on one occasion and they replaced it without question. I will continue to use Brightlightz in the future without question for my lighting requirements.

Delivered radiator wrong colour, they quickly arranged for the correct one to be sent out the following week but it never arrived and now they are ignoring my emails and never pick up their phone. Avoid and take your business elsewhere as the lack of contact is beyond terrible. I’ve managed to source the same radiators cheaper and quicker from b&q.

Bought 1400 warm white lights to brighten up my tree. They look great and are the brightest in my street. Delivered on time, packaged well, good quality. All round great value.

Great lights, poor customer contact. Promised 24 delivery but got 48, which is good but shouldn’t promise quicker. Company hard to contact, but good when you get through . Still waiting for receipt/guarantee for lights

I'm not sure, but I think this company might be a scam! I placed an order on 6th December for 18m of rope light. I received a transaction confirmation from WorldPay that payment had been made, the payment has been deducted from my account but my order has not been received. I can find no order confirmation, I get any reply on the phone and emails are not being accepted. What's happening?

Great products and communication very helpful with information

I ordered a 30m length of pink led strip light for our decking. It arrived in a few days, well packaged. They are amazingly bright and i will be ordering blue after Christmas.

After searching the internet, I bought a string of 100 colour changing Christmas lights. Wasn’t sure but only just over £20. Received them very quickly and was extremely impressed. Reckoned I could improve the front guttering by adding another set so re-ordered. Came really quickly and ironically when I was decorating the garden - look fantastic!

Bought LED rope lights- they look great, arrived promptly, kept informed about progress of the order. Very happy.

Very helpful and professional, wanted 16m multi function rope light, were contacted to say they had no stock, but received it within a week as promised once back in stock.

Having tried just about everywhere online for a 50m reel of LED rope lights, 'Bright Lightz' came up trumps and whilst out of stock were kind enough to let me know once they were back in and then even with a UPS delivery issue still persisted to get them to me and they are superb quality too. All the neighbours think they look great, brilliant product and fantastic service.

Terrible experience and even worse customer service. Ordered some icicle xmas lights from website which said they would be delivered the next day.... no 3 days later I received some strip lighting ????? not what I ordered. After several emails with limited response now not responding or received the correct item !!!! no one answers the phone and also says out of service.

I needed to replace a ropelight used in the Christmas lights on the front of my house. I purchased one from Bright Lightz which arrived quickly and at a reasonable price. They are bright, colourful and good quality (much better than the ones they replaced). They are exactly as described, and I will buy from Bright Lightz again.

Brightlitz service is ace deliverd on time.
The rope lights are brilliant bright and colourful. They really shine not only brightly but bring a touch of colour .
We need colour to bring a bit brightness during the dark nights and a bit of cheer during lockdown
