Deliverd a jet wash. 1 not right plug 2 asked for return as not even powerfully
Emails were just going on about new uk plug and now saying no refund allowed

I had an existing issue, and not only did they offer to send me a replacement wire, but they are also sending an extra since I've had two break already!
