Bright swimwear is amazing, not only are their bathing suits great quality and a reasonable price but their customer service was impeccable as well. I accidentally ordered a duplicate of one of the bathing suit tops and they got back to me on reasonable time and they were extremely helpful, understanding, and kind. I highly reccomend

This brand is amazing!! It was my first time ordering from them and I needed an exchange for bigger top sizes. I reached out through email explaining the situation and they responded quickly with the best service! They so kindly let me keep the items I initially wanted to return, while they also are sending me my correct sizes. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered a few items and they were sadly one size too small . I contacted Bright Swimwear service . It was so easy and Anna was very helpful . I just picked the Item what i wanted in the right size . After she sent me the confirmation she told me that i can keep the items i already had and give it to someone . No further costs . That is first of all so so nice and really thoughtful ! I recommend this shop to 100% . Go get your bikini .

Very happy with my experience! The bikinis I originally ordered were a little too small, but they were beautiful. The exchange process was quick and easy, and everything was resolved in less than two weeks.

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I've never experienced such a poor return and exchange process. The company refuses to refund unused items and only offers store credit, which is frustrating enough. However, what makes the experience even worse is the incredibly slow customer service.

Because it takes so long to receive a response, the items I want to exchange for keep selling out before my request is processed. As a result, the exchange policy becomes almost impossible to use in practice.

It feels like the company is happy to keep customers' money while refusing to issue refunds for unused products, leaving customers with very limited options. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not shop here again based on the level of customer service and the way returns and exchanges are handled.

Color is not the same at all and sizing is completely wrong. Got size L as per sizing chart and it is way too big. Also material feels cheap and color is completely different from site. Do not reccommend bright swim.

I love this brand!!! Returned my medium tops for large because there was less fabric in triangle top than expected but customer service was super helpful and had quick responses. Highly recommend. Quality is 10/10
