I ordered 2 small bikinis from Bright Swimwear for the first time about a week ago and received my order yesterday. Everything came exactly as ordered! After trying them on I realized I was gonna need medium sized tops instead of small so I messaged them and they got back to me within 24 hours and straightened everything out easily and quickly. Their customer service is great! Products are also exactly as advertised.

I ordered three different swimsuits and I was very impressed with the quality of the material. They fit perfectly, except for one that I accidentally ordered in the wrong size.

I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange, and they responded very quickly and were extremely helpful. To my surprise, they even let me keep the swimsuit in the wrong size as a gift.
I’m now looking forward to receiving the correct size and wearing it.

I love the swimsuits and the team was very kind! I got the wrong size and the team was super nice and responsive in working out my exchange!

Ordered two bikinis, but both tops were too small. So I reached out to them for an exchange and some advice on which size I should get instead. They responded quickly and within a few days I received two new tops in a size that fit me perfectly. Great customer service!

Absolutely wonderful communication! Bathing suits are super soft and seem very durable! My sizes didn’t fit but bright swimwear is sending me all new sizes without having to go through the exchange process. I am very thankful for this and will be placing my future order with them.

Love the quality for the price! Their styles are really fun and bikinis are comfortable and also not too high waisted which is hard to find. I would recommend sizing up! I got a medium which is already a size up for me (5’5 120lbs and 27in waist) and it was still too small. However they have a great return policy.

Bright swimwear has the best customer service. I ordered a swimsuit from them 2 years ago, and it is my go-to suit that I always reach for. I use it to sauna, swim in the ocean, and the pool and it has not faded or torn. I re-ordered two more suits from them recently. They shipped very fast, but unfortunately they didn’t fit. I contacted support and Alexia was very helpful and helped me exchange for new sizes and even let me keep the original ones to reduce carbon footprint and allow me to give my suit to a friend.

They have the absolute best swimsuits they go above and beyond making each print available in different fittings and styles for different body types. I was extremely satisfied with my order and how adorable the bathing suits were. I can’t wait to wear them on vacation. I had quick responses and the person helping me was lovely. I feel like the answers to my questions were genuinely helpful while they provided more information about their other products which made it easier to keep shopping keeping that information in mind. I really appreciate the fact they are trying to reduce their carbon footprint by letting me keep my original purchase and gift it to a friend.
