I bought the semi-circular garlic press..It doesn't work as well as shown in the promotional video, but worst of all is the fact that one of the two pieces of metal that decorate each side fell off after about 3 uses of the product.

FRAMES COULD BE BETTER. N9T COMFORTABLE

A little hard to adjust to initially, but once I got use to them, they are very clear and comfortable.

The progressive lenses were easy to adjust to, and I can read more clearly.

It was a wonderful experience. Friendly empolyee very helpful with alot of knowledge.

I ordered three pair of glasses, Two progressive. The progressive I can’t seem to see out of them as well as the last pair of glasses I have. I am just not happy. I love the frames but I am better off wearing my cheaters to read and my distance glasses for driving. The old ones are much clearer.

The optician I was referred to didn't seem to have a fresh, or wonderful selection. It seemed to be frames and styles that were a few years old. The price and quality was very average and not bad, but also, not good. I was content with the final product, price, and service, but I was definitely not "Wowwed" but using Brillen. The photos in their ads truly did not synch with the reality of the store that serviced me. I would probably never use Brillen again, and I would not recommend anyone else to them. You get what you pay for.

Very bad customer service by providing completely different lenses than what they initially described as. When they explained, the lenses will have an anti-reflective coating, UV protection along with blue light protection coating, etc. But I found out the lenses were not blue-light protected and not anti-reflective. And the level of the quality in the lenses I got was not not what they described it to be; the width and the size of the reading area for my progressive was too small that it was basically useless after getting it. They have asked me to come it to resend it to the technician(?) to readjust or replace the lense but it just took more than a month to get it but again, with not comfortable lenses which were completely different than the promotion description and the person who serviced described what my lenese will be like. Very unprofessional although the price was very competitive. I had to pay more, and I am willing to pay more, to get a quality service with a quality pair.

I have to say that the whole process was conducted as promised and more. The optician with Optical on the Bricks was very accomodating with my long-term scheduling conflicts due to my double vision and months later honored my special offer from Brillen. I have worn glasses since I was 8 years old (am now 71) and have to rate the overall quality of the lenses, glasses and follow up fitting as the best of my glass wearing career. The trifocal lenses required no adjustment period and I have been TOTALLY satisfied with my vision, which is more than I can say for any previous lenses I've worn. I give Brillen and Optical on the Bricks an A+!!

The lenses are as promised. No issues with fit or delivery to the optician selected.

Amazing deal, amazing customer service from your contracted optician, and great quality frame and lenses.

I like the Brillen progressive lenses much better than the ones I had before. I am learning I’m not getting used to progressive lenses, and being that I am athletic, work and athletics and train athletes, progressives may not be the best lens for me. If I sat at a desk all day or was in school they would be great.

Very long story, but to make it short, bottom line - I was never able to see with the glasses I got from Brillen.

Drop glasses and got scratches went back to optometry where you aend me they say no warranty your marketing is full of s..t I'll never order from you in fact i alredy warned my friends and family not to order from you.

Great lenses, my first pair actually took longer than expected. 2nd I never got the price quoted. Paid $20 more but too much effort to get the optimist to refund.

Not a great selection. Customer service poor. Would not recommend.

Took many weeks to finally get the glasses. Once received, the vision was terrible when looking left. Never had such a bad view in my 50 years wearing glasses. Sent them back and it took months to get a refund. No thank you, never again.
