Very attentive staff! The effort level for the newer, younger front desk gal at the cherry creek office (working 8/22 & 8/29), was endearing and really helped us enjoy our shopping experience. It really did lead to quite a large up sale and we couldn’t be happier!

Gosh, where to begin. My now fiancé and I wanted to custom design her engagement ring and loved Brilliant Earth’s selection online. We made an appointment for a consultation at the Charlotte location and upon arrival, we were greeted by David Allen, our consultant. He was so kind and pulled pieces that we fell in love with. He was patient, pulled different things that we wanted to see, and answered all of our questions. He priced out our dream ring and sent over all the information via email. There was no pressure to make a decision and we ended up purchasing the ring online. Once we came back for pickup, also very kind team member gave us the ring and all the information. The entire experience was a 10/10. From the communication, consult, and pickup, great service and a beautiful product that we’ll love forever.

I have been a loyal customer of Brilliant Earth for the past 3 years and have purchased both my engagement and wedding ring and now a replacement wedding right with Brilliant Earth. I had a positive experience with the recent purchasing of my replacement wedding ring. However, after the sale, there have been a number of mistakes on Brilliant Earth's part in the delivery of my order.
I placed the order with Brilliant Earth in the San Francisco office on Sept 18. I told the consultant that I need my order to be delivered on Oct 9, as I will be out of the country until then. However, on Sept 26, I received an email that my order would be delivered the following day. I contacted customer service as soon as I got the notification that my package was expected to be delivered earlier. They issued a recall but the package got delivered anyway. I again contacted customer service to see what could be done, and they said they would ask FedEx about the available options. Further, they told me packages under $500 would not need a signature for delivery, even though I was told by the store consultant that I would need to sign for my package for it to be delivered. Nowhere in any of my chats with customer service did they issue an apology or even acknowledging the mistake that had happened with Brilliant Earth delivering my package early. I only received a vague answer that they will let me know my available options with FedEx while my package is sitting outside my porch while I am out of the country. In addition, the follow up email I received from Brilliant Earth customer service said the Fedex recall was due to MY request that I would not be able to receive the order on Oct 9, which is not true at all.
I am extremely frustrated with the number of mistakes surrounding this incident and lack of empathy expressed and reassurance that my issue will be resolved by the Brilliant Earth team.

I visited the Beverly Hills Brilliant Earth location several times to choose my wedding bands and was always supported and helped through the appointments. Shiloh was amazing and met me with such an amazing attitude, she responded quickly to my emails and questions and did a great job getting me through the process. Stunning ring. Not the first ring we’ve purchased from Brilliant Earth and certainly won’t be our last. 10 out of 10 recommend this company. We did, however, have an absolutely terrible experience with FedEx but that was no fault of Brilliant Earth.

i bought a ring online through this company. My wedding is in November. This company took its time to tell me that they have security process for payments. They said my credit card payment came up as fraud but wanted me to use paypal to pay instead lol??? They now are going to refund me the money and now i have to find a ring fast. My husband purchased my wedding ring from Brilliant Earth. Initially, the in-store customer service was great, and we were happy with our purchase. However, less than a year later, a small stone fell out. They acknowledged it was due to a flaw in the craftsmanship, replaced the stone, and repaired the setting at no cost.
Years later, the same stone fell out again. This time, they claimed it was my fault—even going so far as to suggest the first incident was also due to my handling, despite previously admitting it was a manufacturing issue. They offered a “discounted” repair fee of around $225, which I paid.
It took weeks just to schedule an appointment to speak with someone. Eventually, I received an email stating that during the repair process, their team determined it would be better to remake the ring entirely—at no additional cost. However, I had already paid over $200 for a repair. When I called to ask what that payment was for if they were remaking the ring, I was told I’d need to schedule another appointment—again, days or weeks out—just to get an answer. Frustrated, I told them to just proceed with the remake and return it as soon as possible. This entire process took weeks.
We ultimately decided not to purchase the matching band from Brilliant Earth. Instead, we went to a local jeweler who hand-crafted a beautiful, high-quality matching ring in far less time.
I’m very disappointed in Brilliant Earth. I still don’t understand what I paid for, and the fact that all repairs are outsourced to another state only adds to the delays and confusion. The quality and service have clearly declined.
