Out of stock of item so nothing happened. What I contacted them to ask why we had not had the product we ordered, they did sort the problem out immediately. They sent the next size up and we got these the next day. Service in the past has been good but this particular time it went wrong. Will use again

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with! We have been ordering from the every month/2 months for the last 3 years. We had 1 problem of the wrong size pots being delivered and one quick phone call and they delivered the right ones the next day and also collected the wrong sized ones.. what great service 👏 honestly wouldn't go any where else for my supplies.. they go above and beyond and their customer service is absolutely brilliant.. looking forward to many more years of service from yourselves.
