I have ordered twice now from this company. My 1st order I had to contact before I purchased as I urgently needed the order. The staff I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to get my order out in time. So of course when I needed to top up my supplies, this was my first choice. I received my 2nd order within a few days of ordering. I would highly recommend the company.

Communication was great I ordered over weekend, and my product processed without delivery, I sent email out to them and was contacted first thing Monday delivery charge was taken and I still received my items by Tues. Nothing too much trouble

The product was just about right for our application (not Brewing). I will update you on progress. However, it was the customer service that was excellent. Given that none were in stock, and replenishment was a week away, someone approached/visited the supplier and got it shipped to us in just two days. Great!

Very frivolous customer service. There is not connection. They do not give documents for the jars and I can not register my product. I have been waiting for several months and no one has written. This is terrible.
