Please be extremely careful when ordering from this company. They lead you to believe they are Australian based yet after placing an order for over $550 worth of clothing, every single item is coming from China. I placed my order on 16 May and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received anything.

If you are ordering clothing expecting it to arrive soon because these people are in Australia, then you will be very disappointed. They are 100% Chinese.

Please don’t purchase nothing from this rubbish shop, the size is absolutely confusing, and is no chance to return! 🤦🏼

They took money out of my account but never sent an order number or the item. When I reached out to them they said that it was stuck in UPS although I was never contacted from UPS.

It was a total scam, please DON’T BUY anything from here. Even after product get delivered, on the website it won’t show that it’s delivered. And there is no way you can return the product. The product that they show is completely different than the real product. It’s a fraud, idk how they are running the business in UK with this refund policy.

Bought a dress, once received advised I wanted to return it. The quality and look was completely different to the one shown online. Still no refund even though dress has been sent back.
Avoid buying from this website.

if I could give this 0 stars I would!!!! completely bumped off no parcel and when trying to refund saying it has turnt up when it hasn’t and completely ignoring when took it further. disappointed was a Christmas present for my children.

Ordered a tracksuit for my niece in November 2024. Still hasn’t arrived. Lied to repeatedly about it being with the Royal Mail who confirmed they’ve received no such package.
I informed Brit and Boho that I have no reported it as fraud through my bank and reported them to Trading Standards. I urge everybody writing reviews here to do the same to avoid this continually happening to people who are spending their hard earned money being scammed.

This company has continually lied to me and given me fake shipping numbers. My order has never been sent. They are thieves and liars. Please please DO KOT SEND THIS CHINESE COMPANY ANY MONEY. I SO WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING!!!

Brought what I thought was white fox tracksuit for adult from ladies section yet it will fit a child 🤬
Quality of the clothing so poor 🤬
Tracksuit its self is odd.
Jogging bottoms different to top don’t even try going down refund or return policy.🤬
And as for tracking your item well whole new story.

Overall shocking avoid this 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I wish I had read reviews before ordering .I ordered 3 tracksuits only 2 arrived I contacted them they said the other was in transit but customer service is shocking the 2 tracksuits that have arrived are the wrong colour and fake I've asked them for a returns address I've had no reply I have told them I will be asking my bank to do a charge back as these were Xmas presents but they really are shocking fakes

Was not even a where that the white fox jumper was going to be fake as the price was not much cheaper there was not any indication it came from china very disappointed and no customer support. Do not buy from here!!!!!

FAKE WHITE FOX TRACKSUITS - made of awful material.

Also horrific quality material used for the dress I ordered and awful customer service when I tried to request cancellation as it didn’t arrive in time.

I was offered a partial refund (not even 10%) to keep items but I didn’t want to hand my bank details over to someone in China so have written this off as a bad experience.

Contacted Brit and Boho via email as I had an issue.

I have had swift reply and issue resolved very quickly.

Bought multiple products
My daughter wanted a garmin but was sold out. contacted them and they kept me updated when there was new stock and they helped me when I tried to order. I got answers really fast when I had a question. I really recon this site. Not many sites deliver this kind of good service

Fake White Fox products and china based, very misleading company, avoid!

This company is a scam paid for a what I thought was white fox tracksuit said it was £80 reduced messaged them told them to refund me as reviews on FB said bad fakes told me the couldn't as it was on its way paid by credit card told them I will raise a dispute as it's a fake item they then refunded me told me to give item to charity when received this is a horrible lie got a message today telling me they have redirected it to charity and told me to remove the review told them no .so they blocked me AVOID
