Love them - highly recommend
I have been using Briteco for almost 4 years now. The process to sign up for insurance was easy and I have had no problems.

Easy Process, Great Customer Service, Cool Company!
I chose BriteCo after seeing it ranked best jewelry insurers by Forbes and Brides magazine, and I wasn't disappointed. Signing up was super easy on my phone, and their customer service has been outstanding. I had a complicated sitution with multiple changes to my policy, but Christine from their team guided me step-by-step and was always quick to respond. BriteCo has been incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth so far. Its a relief to have gotten help to sort things out from a cool company and great people.

Briteco customer for years first review
Been a Briteco customer for years. I insure all my wife’s jewelry and all my watches. Super easy to use and add new items. Just added a watch and forgot how stress free the process is. That's the kicker for me. Definitely the future of insuring. It's also half the price of going through my home insurance, so that doesn't hurt either. Great product and support. Highly recommended.

Went through the appraisal process and applied for insurance on a ~$4,000 necklace. They gladly took my money for the appraisal and then denied me very quickly for the insurance. I live in a major city (good area though). It seems the cheap prices only apply to people who have extremely minimal risk. I can only imagine their claims process is a run around just like the application process. Jewelers mutual > not having insurance > brite co

My fiancee lost her ring and was heartbroken. BriteCo was quick to help us with filing and claim and getting the funds to our jeweler to remake her ring. Highly recommend!
The only downside is getting ring insurance after filing a claim is tough, but that's to be expected.
