£8.90 just to try on a jumper

Product nice quality but didn’t suit me, so I sent it back. When the notification of refund came through I had been charged 2 sets of posting costs. £8.90 to try on a jumper makes it an expensive way of shopping!

We're sorry you were disappointed with the cost of returning your order. Our returns process is clear, transparent and easily accessible throughout our website, so customers can review it before placing an order and again when arranging a return.

While we appreciate that returning an item can be frustrating, sending orders, receiving returns, inspecting garments and processing them back into stock all incur genuine costs to us. Customers are also welcome to use their own preferred carrier if they wish.

My experience with this company was…

My experience with this company was truly amazing. Although there was an initial issue with my delivery, when I contacted online customer care, a person named Georgia helped me through the entire process; if I could give more stars, I would give them to her, because her assistance was spectacular. Had an issue with the sizing of the top…

Had an issue with the sizing of the top I ordered which had been incorrectly labelled by the brand as a small when in fact it was a medium however Jenny and Georgia were great in dealing with a return and refund.

Delivery of the top though was prompt.

Would not hesitate to shop here again.

Dealt with very professionally.
