My experience with this company was…

My experience with this company was truly amazing. Although there was an initial issue with my delivery, when I contacted online customer care, a person named Georgia helped me through the entire process; if I could give more stars, I would give them to her, because her assistance was spectacular. Had an issue with the sizing of the top…

Had an issue with the sizing of the top I ordered which had been incorrectly labelled by the brand as a small when in fact it was a medium however Jenny and Georgia were great in dealing with a return and refund.

Delivery of the top though was prompt.

Would not hesitate to shop here again.

Dealt with very professionally.

Superior Customer Service!

I am so impressed with British Attire! There were some issues with the delivery of my parcel and I notified customer service right away. I had a very quick response from the customer service department. Georgia the CSR said she would look into the issue and the issue was resolved in a timely fashion. When parcel arrived the items were packed perfectly for shipping overseas to the States, no damage to the box the items arrived in. Very easy to purchase from British Attire because tariffs are added which was very helpful in purchasing. I will definitely purchase again from British Attire because of this experience. If you are looking for authentic garments and accessories that are reasonably priced from the UK. I highly recommend British Attire!
