Fantastic customer service. I needed to swap the headboard for a smaller size and it was sorted really quick. The bed is great I’d definitely recommend and use this company again.

Ordered our daughters bed on the Friday night and it was delivered hassle free on the Wednesday, bed looks great and British bed co do great deals too all in all chuffed with how the whole thing went

The team at British bed co were fantastic when I ordered my bed, I had lots of questions and even wanted to customise my order and they helped me every step of the way. Delivery was exactly when they advised. So happy with my bed it is beautiful.

From ordering to delivery I couldn’t find one fault.. rapid online order speedy helpful delivery slot and drivers and WOW what a dream luxury bed made to measure 70 height headboard sturdy solid well built even got the blanket box to match and I’m blown away money well spent

Bed came on time. Delivery driver took a while to figure out which bed off the van we were meant to have and started unloading the wrong one at first but corrected mistake before everything was off.
Bed was simple enough to put together and a lot of storage under the ottoman. The only negative I have so far after having the bed since February, is there is no base to the bed. Everything stored under is just on the floor. Apart from that it’s a lovely bed and I would consider the company again when looking for beds in the future.

I love this bed (ottoman storage bed). Its well made, was pretty easy for 2 people to assemble, and looks great. Delivery was when they said it would be.

Cannot fault this company at all. The bed was delivered on the day they said. My wife measured wrongly for the headboard and although it fitted it wasn’t what we wanted we phoned and asked for a replacement and it was delivered no charge with no fuss. Cannot fault customer service

I ordered without reading any reviews. I’m pleased I did because if I had read them before I may not have ordered but honestly, I cannot recommend enough!

I ordered on a Friday, I was contacted the following Thursday to let me know delivery would be between 4pm-7pm the following day , then at 4:10pm on the Friday, the delivery driver called me to say he was about 25 minutes away.

He was bang on time, got everything off the truck and into my garage where I was storing while waiting for my house to complete.

The bed itself is fantastic, I built it myself. (I’m proud of me)
I went for a king size ottoman bed with a large headboard, the sienna mattress and a matching ottoman. So much storage!

The sienna mattress is a little firm for me but I have just put a mattress topper on it and it’s perfect!

Order our bed and received within a couple of days came as expected kept updated all through delivery great service

The bed was delivered, with black marks on the corners, a few small tears and the brackets didn't line up.....oh and lets not forget the lack of padding to cover the mdf frame.
So all in all its complete rubbish.
I complained so they sent me out another headboard which was even worse.
The only consolation (but I still have a cheap and nasty bedframe until I find a new one) was that I was refunded £80.
So I would advise anyone looking for a nice bed not to bother with The British Bed Company.

After reading a lot of comments, I risked a purchase. I returned the first bed and sent them a message, I got my refund almost immediately. I then bought another one which was delivered as scheduled. I changed the delivery address at a very late hour and the driver was nice enough to take it to the new address. He helped with dropping it off. I had an issue with the set up and I reached out to them, and I got a link to watch a well explained video on YouTube and that was very helpful. I guess I was just lucky after all😀

Britishbedco were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process.

We started by ordering some fabric samples, which I’m really glad we did, as the materials can look completely different in person compared to photos.

We ultimately chose a Super King Ottoman bed with an oversized headboard. It arrived exactly as ordered and was very straightforward to assemble.

A special thank you to the delivery driver, who kept us updated and even helped carry the bed to the room we wanted it in.

Really good bed well worth the price

Ordering the bed was straightforward and delivery went well communicated well with me . The bed arrived in separate bits with no instructions however manage to work out how to put bed together without them though would have been helpful to have them. Very pleased with my choice of bed also very sturdy
