I’ve just put all 3 beds up that I’ve brought from this company due to a house reservation. All beds were ok. The black one being the best. Good communication even though I did have to look for the number for a while but they called straight back. My only downfall is they don’t take the old beds away, put together or take up the stairs even though I said I had back issues and they just send one delivery man that was smaller than my son and was struggling to the point of me helping him. There’s quite a few things that could be put right with the company and it could be really good. My only other downfall is the wood slates were rough and gave me a splinter. I’m not sure I’d buy again due to complications. Luckily the builders are still here to help 🙈

Bed is nice but came with no instructions

Was a little nervous when ordering however very pleasantly surprised by the bed. Great quality & sturdy. My daughter loves it and I’m considering buying another one.

I ordered 3 beds all beds delivered on time and im very happy with my orders delivery driver turned up on time and I helped him carry my beds into house as he was on his own. All.in all im very happy with my purchases.

I couldn’t find the manual to set up the bed when I first got it but luckily someone I know knew how to install it. That’s the only negative thing I’ll say but apart from that I’m in love with the bed 🫶🏽

Prompt delivery, courteous driver. Bed fabulous as described. Easy to assemble. Ordered another bed for granddaughter. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Britishbedco from how simple it was to order and pay and how good the delivery was and I live about 20 miles west of Aberdeen, the quality of the bed is excellent and it looks lovely would definitely recommend to anyone.

Don’t buy anything from this company paid for a bed and never received it or had any communication from them avoid at all costs!!

Very disappointed with the service and bed itself ..frm start to finish was shambles..no clear instructions how to assemble and tolls which were provided was no use ..we ordered 70 inch headboard which came in 2 parts and when it assembled they wont join to each other ..theres still a gap in between and looks horrible..I have emailed them no response from them so please dnt use this company and save ur money and time

Placed my order, heard nothing for a few days, looked at these reviews and newly had a meltdown!

The guys called me a day later and told me my bed was ready, viola!

I was going expecting it to be a turd to be honest with parts missing etc…

I’m super happy, great quality, looks stunning, the guys were on the phone when I needed them, I highly recommend!

The assembly was a bit of a ball-ache and I’m really handy, maybe you guys could print off some better instructions, but this would be my only qualm :)

I’m thinking these bad reviews may be from competitors?

Anyway, I’m a happy customer, thank you.

What a journey we had with British Beds. Fell in love with the Carlisle, ordered it, and it was delivered in less than a week. I was already impressed by that. But then the headboard was too big to fit up our stairs. For the next week I was talking to Adam McCann (via email) to come up with a solution. He helped with measurements and he agreed on a smaller version of the one we ordered, which was delivered after a few days. He even organised for the bigger one to be collected. The bed is absolutely lovely, very easy to put together, and I can’t wait to furnish the room around it now. Amazing customer service by Adam.

Worst service ever!! One bed got delivered and was rubbish quality and parts missing
Gave them a 2nd chance to fix the issue but hey kept lieing to me
Van broken down twice that’s why they couldn’t deliver my 2nd bed and parts that was missing for the 1st bed
They only told me the van broken down as I rang them that after noon otherwise I be waiting home all day for the delivery.
Communication and customer service is so poor I’m surprised they in business
May be that’s why they use different companies few on eBay as well
I recommend stay away!!!

I would just like to say I received brilliant customer service from Adam, I order a bed for my daughter which was lovely well made great quality looked great, however didn’t not fit in her room as expected, so he arranged collection and a refund, straight forward no fuss, high recommend British bed co.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Complete scam, possibly worse than scam. The bed we paid for, Duxiana Luxury super king, never arrived with the right pieces. We waited 10 days for the end part and they haven’t sent that, they sent two wrong parts. We’ve had to apply to our bank for a refund as they are so unresponsive.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not use this company.

We purchased the elena ottoman and what poor workmanship. screw holes not lined up jad to peirce backing and try and do a self build, bed frame doesnt line up completely but its together now, no clear instructions but a fased bit of paper for th piston installation. then see that there is no base on bed so we have to put bedding in a box on the floor under bed. Tried emailing, tried phoning and nothing. I would not recommend this company at all, stay clear..
