Even though one of the products I ordered was sold out, they were kind enough to contact me to let me know and attempt to make up for it until it was back in stock. Amazing customer service, and the shipping did not even take that long. I would definitely order again.

First of all: Thanks for the tea.
It's annoying that, despite the extremely high shipping costs here in Austria, I had to pay additional shipping costs.
On top of that, there were additional customs duties, even though I had already paid some. All in all, a very unpleasant financial experience. After extensive research, I found that eBay is a much cheaper option.

A grade quality, best site I've used so far to import UK products. Nothing damaged on a 120kg order, no missing items, brilliant. I shall only be using this site from now on.

What made our experience great?
To find a "place" with British products we love, and need to be happy, specially Yorkshire Tea!
A day without Yorkshire Tea is not a good day!
And other products we can not find in France or our well out of our price range.
I would like to ask you if you think of adding "salad cream"?
It is VERY easy to order, and not that long to get the goods!
Whenever we've had issues, it is on the French side!

The Raid was very successful initially but then the flies seemed to get immune to Ito reckon that I still have around a dozen that come out in a cloud and annoy me then successfully hide and know what the can and swat look like.
