Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, delivery was amazing. Hats off to the guy he called me the night before and agreed a time but I had to get out and leave for work. Got home and all panels tucked away safely behind my gate. Can't wait to get them up now. Thanks British Homes Direct.

No support
Delivery was fine, but no instructions on how to fit inside. When I contacted chat service, was always 2nd in line and although waited for an hour, never got chance to speak to no one. Quite simple, upload instructions to website for fitting, even better, show a video. On initial look, outdoor panels what are supposed to interlock, don't leave room for screwing and then allowing for screws to be hidden with adjacent panels.

Disappointed with your delivery timing
Ordered my panelling thinking it would be here within a week, as stated on your website 2-7 working days. To my disappointment my panelling is now out for delivery and due on the 26th of August, setting my house renovation back several weeks. Disappointed in this result snd frustrated with the process.
