Would give zero stars if I could, I purchased 4 panels from this company and the quality is not the best but that’s not the issue, one was faulty and a return was not easy, it took nearly two weeks for a replacement only for that panel to also be faulty, contacted again and another few weeks pass and today the 2nd replacement arrives and guess what? Yes damaged, I have only been offered postage back for original order as a goodwill which is not good enough, I have to escalate this with my bank, please do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this company you will escape all this hassle.

None existent customer service or post sale assistance
Ita a shame i am having to write this review because it could so easily be 5 Stars. I received the panels and they looked great and went on really easily and i was very happy, however i also paid almost £100 for the lighting and this is where the problems started. Instructions were awful, literally just 6 cartoon pictures with broken english underneath that i can only assume had been translated from another language very badly. i managed to fit them and got them to turn on. Unfortunately i cannot get the on off / dimmer part to work at all and seeing as the default setting could light up the whole of wembley stadium i have to have them off. I have emailed, i have tried reaching out on social media and called the customer services number but no reply and the mailbox is actually full so you cant even leave a message so clearly lots of other people having exactly the same issues. There are so many companies out there now that offer these products at a great rate so do yourselves a favour and choose one that actually has a customer service team as this company lose all interest once they have your money so be warned

Appalling company
Appalling company, still waiting for order, ordered on 16th July, it’s now the 6th August, was promised order would now be here for the 5th August, still nothing. Phoned them again and was told it was going to be delivered on the 9th August, they do not care that they are holding up a job being completed.
The lady on the phone needs training in customer services, severe attitude.
I would not recommend this company and will never order from again.
