Colour consistency
If you are ordering panels, make sure you order for the whole project. If you need to add, even with the buy again facility, they are likely to be a different shade (noticeably). And the customer service is not too helpful. You will have to buy the whole lot again to guarantee colour match. Although they will take unopened panels back. Not sure if they need the actual box or just the wrapped panels.

As we advise customers on our website and during the ordering process, if panels are required for the same project, we strongly recommend ordering the full quantity at the same time. Panels produced in different manufacturing batches can have slight variations in shade, even when the same colour is selected.
This is why we always recommend ordering enough panels for the full project in one order, particularly where a consistent finish across the whole installation is important.

I was sold something not as advertised, when contacted I was met given a explanation and if I wanted to return the items it was going to cost me £40 so i am out of pocket whatever way you look at it.

Purchased 6 panels from the company, communication was excellent however on delivery only four panels arrived. Delivering driver was brilliant and again communication was excellent and the additional panels were delivered quickly. Will definitely use the company again.

I ordered 5 of the grey 240 x 60 panels. I found the ordering very simple with clear instruction.
I waited about 8 days for delivery I was given a date and the driver called me around 30 minutes before to give me an approximate time he would arrive. He was a very pleasant man and very professional.
The panels were packed well and when I opened the box the panels were all sealed in cellophane.
I was extremely happy with the panels and the quality is excellent. So happy with this purchase.
I am glad I chose British homes direct and will certainly use them again if I need to make another purchase.
