plugged it in, the led stays steady and does not flicker like my old one. been a week, feels easier on the eyes. weight is decent, doesn't sag off the socket.

I ordered a cute highland cow and it is lovely, but it arrived without a microwave pouch. I emailed customer service, and they said they would send another one, but I had to pay postage. They sent me a link, but it took me to a page where I had to pay the full price. After numerous emails with no answer to my question, I accepted a small refund. Their customer service is terrible; I would not recommend ordering from them.

I first bought one to try and I fell in love with it. I ended up buying 3 more and now I have 4 different colors. They are lovely, good quality, and great value for money.
