Total scam company- As with others ordered a physical book but did not receive it, ‘order being processed’ but with that order notification was a download link’.
They have since amended their website to say they only sell ebooks!
No response to my emails chasing delivery/ questioning this.
Bank promptly refunded me via chargeback.
On looking more closely I realised fraud was again committed as the payment was received into a different account/ not directly linked to britshop.
As a result, I could have obtained my money back from the bank via the fraudulent transaction route, as i didn’t authorise payment to this unrecognised name.
Of note, I’ve also cancelled my card and requested a new one- just in case.
Wished I’d looked a bit closer at the website and reviews!

I thought I was buying a paperback copy of a book. When I didn't receive any notification of my purchase I got in contact with them via email. They claimed I purchased a digital copy and they had sent a link. At no time during the purchase was I alerted to the fact I was purchasing a digital copy of a book. I also have never received a link to a digital copy of the purchased book.

Just received a parcel & had to pay 32% tax !!!!
Beware ...it makes Britshops products ridiculously expensive ......!!!!
