Paid for a part which never came. They initially responded to my email to ask me to wait longer, but now that so much time has passed and it never arrived they have decides to ignore my emails to customer service. Bottom line I paid for part and company took my money and ignored my complaint

The order was confirmed immediately, the packaging process and shipping were done smoothly, within reasonable time. I was informed about every step of the process

This is the second time I've dealt with brixiamoto. There were no problems. The order was sent to Kazakhstan.

They went above and beyond to get my item to me they kept me up to date about delivery I recommend if they Have what you are looking for they will go out of there way to get it to your door.

I got a new rear shock absorber for my old DL1000 at a nice price compared to the uk.
It was shipped fast and delivered in perfect condition, great service.

I am very happy with my purchase. Everything I needed came supplied and the packaging. This is the mid pipe I wanted for My BMW 750 FGS. It allows me to remove the sound box and I think you save approximately. 7 LB. In weight, I also think it looks better without the sound box. The Bike sounds a little bit better. You’ve didn’t worry it isn’t too loud.

I bought a brake disc for my bike from eBay, tried to cancel within an hour after the ordering, because couldn't arrive on time for get it ready for the MOT. This was Saturday and my cancelation was refused Monday because the order was ready and shipped. Well the order wasn't shipped until the next Friday and of course arrived 13 days after their timeframe. Too late for MOT, had to buy the part from a different place, Their assistance is crap, no to say pretty bad, nothing more than very generic replies. Not buying from them for use and I can't recommend, just bad faith and no willing to sort things out.

One of the worst companies I have ever, ever had the misfortune to use. I ordered a pair of Shad TR40 panniers from them via ebay. (Order number 10-13738-26927 - because their first response to all these negative reviews is always to say they have never heard of you!)

The sent me a tracking number the next day. Then for a week the tracking number didn't update, saying that the courier hadn't received the item from Brixiamoto. I contacted Brixiamoto through eBay and got a response back that yes, it had been posted. I then received within 2 hours another tracking number. This one from FedEx! I waited a few days and this didn't update, I contacted Brixiamoto and they eventually came back to me and said that it had been posted the first time and they ignored my questions about the FedEx tracking number completely. Then I got another message saying the the FedEx delivery has been 'blocked'???? Eh? That doesn't mean anything? At this point I contacted ebay and initiated a refund. I had to wait a week for this to happen. Ebay gave me the refund a week later as Brixiamoto failed to prove they had posted the order. An hour after that Brixiamoto sent me a 3rd tracking number! This one seemed to work. I watched as it travelled across Europe! Exciting! Maybe free panniers then? Nope, they had sent me the front screen of a Honda Silverwing that was bound for some poor guy in Norway. And now they want me to send it back to them......go out of my way to do something they couldn't be bothered to do for me?

Brixiamoto are genuinely awful. They ignore most of the emails and messages you send, seemingly are unable to send something from one place to another and when something goes wrong ignore you and if you do get through to someone they blame everyone but themselves. Honestly, don't buy anything from them. There are plenty of good online bike accessories places. Brixiamoto are not one of them.

As Described, cheapest I could find without skimping on quality

I bought from them through their eBay store. Terms said shipping in 3 days, but after 9 there was no shipping so I tried to cancel the order. They sent me a tracking number claiming it had shipped so they couldn't cancel the order, then the tracking stayed at status "The shipper has created a label" for another 10 days. Every time I reached out they lied, or ignored my direct question.

Truly horrible customer service.

I ordered an MT helmet based on the information, photos and videos in their website and received a different helmet. Instead of addressing the issue they simply blamed the manufacturer for not letting them know that they made changes to the helmet and took no responsibility for their mistake. If I were to buy the helmet from the manufacturer I would take it up directly with them but I bought it from Brixia and it turns out that I cannot get a refund or a solution so I'm stuck with something I didn't order but did pay for in full. Misleading advertising, and very bad business practice. Poor customer service - be careful dealing with them.
