Many customers reported that the products received were not as pictured or advertised on the website, often being of poor quality and flimsy. People frequently encountered missing parts in their orders, making assembly difficult or impossible without resorting to glue. Love the dark romance art style of this building block set! It's pretty flimsy though. Every time I tried to snap pieces together, another part would pop off and I'd have to restart. so frustrating.

I've built four of these building block sets now and every single one had a missing part. Had to resort to using glue to keep things together. Pretty results but very disappointing quality control.

What you order is not what you get

Bought a “Lego” Demogorgon for my son. Was nothing like the picture on their website or even like the image on the instructions enclosed. Also took ages to arrive and box was unprotected and squashed. Total scam.

Avoid these con artists!

After a 4 week delay, the Maine Coon cat model I received was NOTHING like the image advertised on their website. The quality was extremely poor. I complained and was told that ‘it clearly states that products may differ from the image’. This company is run by con artists with clever marketing and awful products.

Brixzo Scam and Negative Customer Service.

They send a product that simply did not in any way match the item advertised. Facebook did nothing even after me reporting the scam. They offered me a 10% refund to which I told them where to put it.. Do no order from this company they are awful and couldn't spell customer service let alone show some.

NO REFUND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

UPDATE - Still no refund a week on from when they were issuing it. Brixzo haven’t responded to Paypal and seeing the reviews on here it seems to be a complete scam. BE AWARE!

Made a purchase and emailed to cancel a day later. Was questioned WHY we wanted to cancel and then received automated emails. Opened a Paypal dispute and now they are saying…..
“We apologize for the unpleasant experience. Because our colleagues were unable to process orders over the weekend, we planned to process the refund on Monday. However, we found that you had submitted a case, so processing was temporarily suspended. have a nice day”
So have escalated the Paypal case for further action. Extremely poor customer service on such a simple thing to do - BE AWARE!

I ordered 4 cat models then i saw the reviews. Asked for a refund. First they said it had shipped, then there was a 2 to 3 week delay. Asked zgain for refund. This was by e mail. Then i sent a refund request through pay pal too. Kept fobbing me off, they were going to refund price of 1 of the cats, then they were going to knock 7% off. I kept badgering them and finally I'm getting refunded the whole lot. Never again, I'll stick to lego

They will send you inferior product which does not match what you order

I ordered a Brixzo Maine Coon cat on 17th Jan.
On 24th Jan I got notification that the item has shipped.
When you click on the tracking link in the email it shows the info was received on 17th Jan (same day I ordered the item)
Status showing 'Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier'. So why hasn't tracking moved on ?

Once it gets to the UK this is a Yodel package - their tracking shows 'we're expecting your package'

When I ordered this it said delivery 7-30 business days after dispatch- I hope the shipping status will actually change soon so at least I know it's on the way.

The cat arrived. I assembled it over the weekend and it is NOTHING like the cat which was advertised. Picture they use on their site is FAR superior to what is supplied.

They have now said
"Dear customer

So sorry for the inconvenience caused. After checking, it turns out that there was no mistake in the delivery of your purchase. It is clearly stated on the website that there may be a difference between the received goods and the pictures.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you.To express our apologies, we are offering you a 5% compensation
best regards"

I have reported to Advertising Standards Agency, Facebook, paypal. Don't buy from Brixzo.

Poor customer service, no product

They claimed I failed to enter an email address but that was not an option I could see. When I contacted them in early January they said that all was fine but three weeks later and I still have yet to receive the item or any notification. Facebook is now sending emails to customers asking them if they have received the item and whether users think it is a scam. Beware and avoid. I would still like the Smoky the Bear that I ordered by suspect I will need to contact my bank to get my money back,

Three months and still waiting.

Three months and still waiting for my Highland Cow LEGO-like kit that I bought for Christmas. The company requested a significant amount of my personal information to provide me with the tracking details. SUSPICIOUS!! I wish I had read the poor reviews before ordering. This is coming from Wuhan, China. The only thing I can see is that it is waiting for pick up from the shipping company. AVOID buying from Brixzo!

Rubbish

Poor quality, presentation. Brought as presents , damaged box no picture or writing on box saying what it is, not worth £50plus. Product is poor, customer service is poor.

The set came and was extremely hard to assemble, while trying to make it it’s clear the set has no structural integrity and looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Looking back on the photos of the different products they have it’s obvious AI has been used to create the images.

SCAM

SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Oh how I wish I’d have thought to check here before purchasing. Hopefully I can save someone else the misfortune of falling for this scam like I did.

The advertisements are just AI products and the actual products look nothing like the advertisements, not even close.

When I emailed, they had the nerve to tell me it was because I’d built it wrong - stating they’d ‘send me pictures of ones they’d built’ that never came (shocker). I mean, yes.. the instructions were awful but to blame me is honestly gross.

After having to make it clear I wanted a refund multiple times they said I could either have a 10% refund or a full refund if I sent the crap back at my own expense - which would have cost a fortune, as they were more than likely counting on. I’ve waited for that insult of a refund to clear before posting this but hopefully my voice, added to the countless others here, can stop someone wasting their money.

Rubbish

I ordered a Ragdoll cat as a present, when it arrived the box was so badly damaged it wasn't suitable to gift. I complained to the company who offered me a 5% refund, which I thought was derisory but accepted. It never materialised. Don't bother!

We’re really sorry your gift box arrived damaged — that shouldn’t have happened. 💔
We’ve already improved the packaging to make sure this won’t happen again.

About the refund: it looks like the payment didn’t process correctly on the first attempt. Our team has now reissued it, and you should see it reflected soon.
We’re a small growing brand, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️

Scam business using AI images

Scam business (which operates from several sketchy sites) using AI images to promote products which don't actually exist. They'll take your money and disappear.

[In response to their reply to this 1-star review] - "AI is only used to refine product photos" - you are advertising products which do NOT look like the AI generated images used in your shop, which is absolute misrepresentation.

Misrepresenting a product using AI is illegal in many jurisdictions globally, as existing consumer protection, advertising, and tort laws generally apply to AI-generated content. Major regulatory bodies in the US, EU, and China are aggressively penalizing the use of AI to deceive, mislead, or commit fraud, which is what you're doing.
Depending on whichever country you're drop-shipping from:
United States (FTC): The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has declared that there is no "AI exemption" from consumer protection laws. The FTC’s Operation AI Comply initiative targets companies using AI to generate false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims. As of October 2024, a new rule specifically bans AI-generated sales media.
European Union (AI Act): The EU AI Act, which began phased enforcement in 2024, mandates that AI-generated content—particularly deepfakes and images generated to sell a product—must be clearly labeled as artificial to prevent consumer confusion (which you haven't done anywhere in your adverts or shop). Violations can lead to severe fines of up to 7% of a company’s global annual turnover.
China: China has implemented comprehensive, strict regulations requiring that any AI-generated media be labeled (again, which you've failed to do), and it specifically bans the use of AI to publish false information.
UK & Other Regions: Similar to the US, the UK relies on established law, such as the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) rules, to combat misleading AI ads. The Online Safety Act also regulates AI-generated content that is illegal or harmful - which potentially your products are.

We’re alarmed by your claims—they directly contradict our business practices, and we want to set the record straight. Our products are 100% physical, with tracked inventory and shipping confirmations for every order; AI is only used to refine product photos (e.g., lighting), not create fake items. Our multi-site presence is part of legal expansion (all linked to the same support team), not "sketchy" operations. If you never received your order, share your order number with our support team immediately—we’ll trace it, resolve the issue, and ensure you get what you paid for. We don’t "take money and disappear"—transparency with customers is our priority.

The images are AI slop

The images of the products they sell aren't real, they're just AI. Who knows what they send you instead, but the actual pictures are of impossible models that couldn't exist. Don't buy these scammy things
