Easy process for ticket selection and purchase.

It was a very simple process to view dates, times, and available seats within the price point I was willing to pay. Once I made a decision, it was very simple to make the purchase. Clear instructions provided on how/when tickets would be delivered.

Do not use this site

Do not use this site. They are very un flexible if you have to change the show. There are many other sites that are willing to work with you if something comes out. But this is not one of them.

Easy to use and purchase tickets

We like the ability to choose our seats after using the "view from seats" feature. All around the website worked very well, from finding the particular plays we were interested and through check out.

GIA T RIPOFF STAY AWAY

i could not make a show due to an ER visit same day. no refu ds and excha ges very difficult. after giving two theater numbers to call for replacement tix, both numbers were out of order. later they callED at 620 pm to say i was approved 7 pm tix same night. WHAT A GIANT RIPOFF STAY FAR AWAY

i did finally receive a refund
