Missing item - no response from support team
I bought a DRUMSHEDS T-shirt from your online store that was not delivered. I’ve emailed 4 times to try and arrange a refund but had no reply.

If this is the firm that operates…
If this is the firm that operates drumsheds you clearly have no control of this arm of the business. Twice I have been to this venue and on both occasions security were either non existence inside with organised gangs showing phone images of drugs and pushing people around. If that was not bad enough the so called security were like children shouting at customers pushing people around waiting for taxis. One of these clowns kept shouting at 3 ladies waiting for a cab "shutup" Over and over..... another security person walking around shining torches in peoples faces...whilst another shouting at customers.to use a different bar....well over the top. Bad attitude bad vibe and creates hostility....wonder why your not selling tickets? Wow....your management suck....I could do better....
