I recently had a really disappointing experience with a coffee vending machine, so I tried the cold vanilla latte option. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a massive disappointment from beginning to end.
First and foremost, when I choose the cold vanilla latte, I expected a nice, frosty beverage. Instead, I received a cup filled with a lot of water and no ice. The machine did not even attempt to cool the drink, and it appeared to simply dilute the coffee mix with water, rendering the entire concoction quite bland and unappealing.

Some customers like Spire hospitals use multiple milks at the same location , you don’t address that and give me the lowest score i think that’s a bit harsh to be honest as some customers fill themselves and vary milks i have a nutritionalist who can give you everything why not contact us first @trustpilot this should be reviewed. many thanks i feel slightly unfair to be honest let

Was charged £7.35 for hot chocolate and a bag of crisps was told I would get a refund but 13 days on no refund I will never use them again customer service is non existent
