The customer services team are absolutely lush! I honestly didn’t expect a reply and the email would be lost but I got a reply the same day. Rob was so helpful and friendly and it was so lovely to speak to a real human.
Rip off machines
Using the app to top up, multiple times i have had experiences of vending machine errors where drinks were not dispensed or something has gone wrong and the drinks are like dishwater. Theres no facility in the app to report issues or get your money back, and no way to withdraw funds you've already 'topped up' on the app. I work long nightshifts and have used these machines in hospitals.. at times to help me get through shift but have wasted a significant percentage of all the money I've spent, when there have been vending machine faults. This company is a rip off and i want my money back, but theres no way to report or get in touch.

Refunded quickly and easily
I tried to order a coffee from a machine in my university library but there was an issue so I didn’t get my drink. I noticed later though that I’d still been charged. I contacted them thinking nothing would happen, but I spoke to Rob who sorted it all out for me and I get the refund. Was nice to talk to a genuine person for once, customer service can feel so artificial and penny pinching sometimes.

Best support ive ever seen by god.
Well I say, a ghastly experience with the vending machine I used! All I wanted was a cocoa beveridge and instead I was robbed! The cheek of it! The scandal! Fortunately, however, the excellence of the customer support I must say, must, be noted. What can I say? Quick replies, no messing around, a solution to my plight promptly provided. Though, I ponder on whether I would use the vending machine in question ever again, as it was a frightening experience, the customer service is one to dream about and dream I shall. My heart goes out to you Rob, my one and only light in this bleak world. Four stars outta fiiiiive, all for the support. Thank you.

I am very disappointed with company I placed an order last Sunday and the items are still waiting to be sorted
, not even posted or send out for delivery this very poor service. Also no email was send from this company, they are holding my money and no goods to show for the money

Very pleased with the service - the staff are lovely and the coffee selection is great.

Help desk was very polite and responded quickly to the issue,Provided great support and patiently assisted me with my problem concerning a vending machine that dispenses coffee .The issue has now been resolved with no problems in communication and the coffee is apart of my day to day life once again!

Had a slight misshapen with a cup getting stuck in the machine, contacted Brodericks, they replied within minutes and refunded both payments due to the inconvenience would highly recommend the company

Always enjoyed the convenience of your venders. They’re always clean well stocked and well placed. Sadly for the first time in a long time I had some issues a week ago at one of your Trafford Center installations. The machine jammed and failed to vend. I reached out to Zoe on your Helpdesk who was fabulous! She advised me I should get a refund within 3 days if not let her know, she was polite. Apologetic and courteous and assured me the machine would be fixed promptly. I wish more businesses could be this helpful. I hope I never have to reach out to you again however it’s fantastic to know that if I do. Your team are fast competent and kind.

Customer service lady outstanding
I had a few issues with a coffee machine at work where the product never came out.
I rang up Broderick help line where I spoke to a lovely lady. I believe her name was Amy.
She was so polite and not only did she provide me with a full refund for any losses I had she also sent out a mini hamper full of chocolate bars as an apology. The customer service I received was outstanding. Thankyou.
