I registered and participated in the T Line Launch
I registered and participated in the recent T Line launch from Singapore. It was like total SCAM. It was marketed as being exclusive and those invited got a chance to buy the new T-line. However, things turns out to be a huge mess! The whole T-line was open to public in Singapore to be balloted! This is totally unfair to those who were cheated and told this is an exclusive by invitation event to those who would like to buy the T line! Totally disappointed how the Brompton whole T-line marketing team! Quite disgusted actually.

T Line was launched on the 18th January 2022. In its initial release, only limited numbers were available to purchase in selected Junction stores (London, Paris, Shanghai, New York and Singapore). Due to this we set up a balloting system to randomly allocate available stock to interested customers.
The ballot in the markets where T Line was launched have now come to an end. However, we plan to make more T Line stock available in the future and those who registered their interest initially will be contacted again with updates.

Your booking system sucks
Your booking system sucks. Latest was when I was shortlisted to buy a T but in NY while I am in Singapore. Don’t make sense for me to fly over right?
Instead I had to register with BJ SG again for the ballot again. Real anticlimax !

The bike can be improved
The bike is really good in design. Just that all the minor upgrade could have been done up prior to the actual sales. Small things such as the small wheels sold on Amazon are actually better in terms of functions and quality. Why do I pay so much and in the end still have to buy all little parts to upgrade the bike.
And the servicing shop in funan Singapore that owner got attitude problem.

Securing of new bike appointment in Singapore
Not too sure what happened. But it is very difficult to secure a slot for booking of the bike here in Singapore. Within 30mins, all slots for an appointment with Brompton Junction will be full.

I ordered a Brompton water bottle for my son who lives in Singapore. It arrived promptly, giving me time to send it on to him in time for Christmas. Excellent service and my son is thrilled with his gift to go with his new Brompton bike.
