My experience with this company was excellent. I really love the quality of the wool scarves they sell. I had a small problem with my order and they took care of it expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction. Both Ann and Graham are a real pleasure to deal with and they get back to you in a timely manner if you have any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend the scarves as a treat for yourself or a special gift for a friend or family member for a birthday, anniversary or special occasion such as Christmas. Beautiful scarf, great service

This is the 3rd time I have been prompted to review my purchase. Given I haven’t yet received said purchase (still in processing) a full 3 weeks after placing the order I find this laughable. It would be nice to receive it before Christmas….

Excellent service, quality products.

I placed My order 20days ago. During the period, I tried to contact the customer service through emails and calls several times and my order (without any reply!!) is still processing. It appears to me I am not the only one. It’s a shame that a nice brand like Bronte by moon has such poor customer service.

No customer service! I ordered 1 item on 26 Oct item still shows processing. I emailed them on 11 Nov requesting an update (website says reply within 1 to 3 business days) on when it would ship as its a gift. Today is 16_Nov and I still haven't had a reply and as far as I know the item still hasn't shipped. However they have sent me 2 emails asking me to review an item i haven't gotten. According to there website the item was in stock when ordered

When I ordered scarves to give as Christmas presents I enquired about gift boxes and after multiple emails from different people, the final one stated that the scarves DID come in gift boxes (I was pleased about this because the items are more robust for posting and boxes enhance their appearance). However, when the items were packaged I received an email saying the scarves were NOT in gift boxes and I had been given the incorrect information. A plea to make sure everyone is on board with company policy - inconsistent information to customers is frustrating. That said, the scarves look nice but I haven’t opened the flimsy plastic wrapping (disappointing!) to inspect them properly.

Ordered the Harlequin Eau De Nil throw - felt that opening the box and unveiling the items inside, should have been accompanied by a fanfare. Absolutely beautifully made, though the central blue colouring is a brighter green/blue duck egg than I'd anticipated, it blends in with our decor and returns are available. Wonderful home grown quality and beautifully packaged. Satisfying that it hasn't been sat in a shipping container and therefore, if your pocket allows, worth the price tag for that alone. Thank you.
