After a family recommendation, I looked at Brook + Wilde Sleep for a king-size mattress. Yesterday our Elite mattress arrived and I had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time.
I had been kept informed from purchase to delivery and I will be using this company again.

Just had my Suprema delivered and I left it for about 6 hours to rise. Delivery crew were great!
It felt amazing from the first night, I ordered a soft and it felt like lying on a marshmallow! Would highly recommend!

Prompt delivery, delivery people took mattress to room and unwrapped it as the bed was ready. Early morning delivery so could sleep on it that night. So far very comfortable but only been a few days

Brook and Wilde sleep trying to get my reviews removed. Facts are that I have a Elite mattress that I bought. I find it too incredibly hard and uncomfortable although its meant to be a medium.

Worst mattress Ive had and would not trust this company to make it right.

Easy ordering and kept me up to date about the delivery. The mattress is very comfortable (medium firmness, perfect for all sleeping positions).

After a long time with a bad back, and hours of seeing specialists, a colleague recommended changing mattress and suggested Brooke and Wilde, now after having the mattress for 8 weeks the back pain has pretty much gone and having the best nights sleep at the moment. Regarding delivery and customer service really cant fault them delivery was swift and easy and was updated along the way. Would defo recommend.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! This company was previously trading under the name Brooke & Wilde but went into liquidation in August 2023. They then immediately set up Brooke & Wilde Sleep (which is exactly the same down to website, head office and products). Many customers have lost out on a lot of money and for those that did get products, it appears they did not live up to the standard described in the product details. Save yourself a lot of money and buy from a more reputable company!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Head over to the Google reviews for Brook and Wilde (no sleep) and see the wake of unhappy customers they scammed when they folded and started up again under this name. The product is poor and they have no scruples. We tried to raise a Small Claims Court claim against them but as they have folded Brook and Wilde and started a new business under a slightly different name, our prospects are slim.

Such a comfy mattress really pleased with it. Third one in the family now. Great service and after sales care too. Would really recommend them. New mattress put on the bed (upstairs) and the old one taken away.

They have renamed the company due to very poor reviews. Previously Booke + Wilde.
Our mattress wasn't right but despite their promise of 90/100 day trial you get no response from them. Now stuck with a mattress we paid £800 for in June
A very expensive single mattress. Money down the drain.

I ordered two mattresses, the confirmation of order and timeline were immediately emailed. The delivery was confirmed and carried out within the timescale. The whole process was faultless. To top it all the mattresses are extremely comfortable! We have had one for several years already and love it.

Never received mattress, glad I paid via PaylPal who helped me get a full refund, unlike other customers. Awful awful awful. Rebranded from Brook and Wilde to Brook and Wilde Sleep. Failed deliveries, outstanding warranty claims and hundreds of complaints (just google Brook and Wilde)

Incredibly uncomfortable. Not medium, more like extremely hard.

Customer service is poor and chances are they will declare themselves bankrupt and start again as they have previously done to avoid honouring their warranty.

Worst buy of my life.

We have one super king bed elite medium firm and the Kensington mattress topper. Only positive things to say! I had tried the lux mattress at a friends house and even though it was super comfy, it was a bit too soft for us. The elite medium firm was perfect - it's a touch more than medium firm in my opinion but with the mattress topper it's perfect. Customer service start to finish was great. You can tell it's all very well made as well.

Got an amazing deal in the sale - 50% off a double mattress for my 17-year-old son. This is our second Brook and Wilde mattress; the first is for a guest bed which guests always comment on how comfy it is. This second one has been brilliant for my son; so comfortable and he sleeps like a log on it. Only problem now is getting him out of bed!!
