Absolute scam - I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could! About three years ago, I went there for my first microblading session. I was more or less satisfied with the results, but the fact that I had to buy 30€ aftercare treatment (which actually turned out to be nothing more than Vaseline) was a bit of a nuisance. Over the next few years, I tried various treatments (microneedling, Hydrafacial, lip injections, brow and lash lift), and unfortunately, with each treatment, I got the impression that this salon was all about mass production and unprofessional work at the expense of quality. The lip injection was an absolute disaster. It was performed by a non-German-speaking employee (in my opinion, not a doctor, as advertised in the Instagram stories). I was neither asked about my wishes nor properly informed (apart from a questionnaire handed out shortly beforehand, which I dutifully signed), nor was I offered an anesthetic cream. Instead, the lady started straight away with the injections, which hurt like hell and left me with a classic duck face. I then had to have the botched job corrected by a real doctor in a different institution. During my lash lift, the chemical solution was apparently left on my eyelashes for too long – they literally stuck to my upper eyelid, and I had trouble opening my eyes fully. I was then advised to dab castor oil on my eyelashes every evening – no question of reimbursement for a botched treatment. During my last Hydrafacial, one side of my face was simply forgotten because another employee came in mid-treatment and insisted my therapist had another appointment in 30 minutes (I had only been lying on the treatment table for 20 minutes). The treatment was supposed to take 1.5 hours in total – but I was fobbed off after 50 minutes, so the other half of my face was probably forgotten (or intentionally left untreated). The one star is solely for the friendly employees, who fortunately treated me from time to time. However, as far as I know they are no longer employed there.
