I was upsold a brand of filler for an additional $200 with the promise it would last double the time of the normal brand - when it had all but dissolved after 2 weeks, the response was to shrug their shoulders and say how strange, but there's nothing they can do about it as it's their company policy not to offer refund or credit. Used to attend here regularly for botox, but the customer service in this incidence made me lose faith entirely.

The last 2 times I went to them in Zagreb and had botox to lift my brows ..also forehead .. my eyes dropped twice .botox didnt work on my forehead .. they have this theory so they dont lose money .. you only have a 48 hour window to add more ..haha iv gotten botox all over the world and every single clinic has said .if you need more come back in 2 weeks to top it up! All but them! They advertise that they can lift the nose with botox .a siimole procedure to lift the tip of the nose .the 2 female doctors had noooo idea what i was talking about! They told me they do filler for that .no filler is used to give the nose a straight look if your nose is crooked! Uneducated and 2 stars for the lovely receptionist

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism here. My appointment was canceled just a few hours before it was scheduled to begin, which is a massive inconvenience. To make matters worse, they have been completely unreachable since—I’ve called multiple times with no answer and sent emails to reschedule that have gone ignored.
A clinic should value their patients' time as much as their own. I ended up booking elsewhere with a much more professional team. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually answers the phone.

More than a month ago, i went for a Traptox to release pain and tension in my shoulders. After there weeks still notices no différence. So I called them but thei was in waiting line for more than 1,5 jours 😂today the lady told me that they tell about a follow up in the I pad, which I overlooked cause maybe thèse letters are so small and in a long text or whatever. But something sooo essentiel the ‘dictor’ who sets the notice forgets to tell you………from another clinic i heard that they get often complainte about M1 Beauty.

Please do not go there!!!!!!!

I got botox here- professional and courteous service, nice clean practice- it was a little pricey but I thought I would try it. I was assured that I could contact them after two weeks if I needed a tweak/correction which would be free. The result wasn’t entirely symmetrical so I emailed them after 2 weeks to arrange for a revision appointment. However, they only replied a week later with the answer that a revision was only possible between two and three weeks. I found it very odd that they waited so long to reply, replying only once it was ‘too late’ for a revision. They offered me another appointment. No thanks. It’s always disappointing when medical establishments are so clearly just about squeezing out as much money as possible from you.

This place is a junk clinic. Complete joke. I had jawline filler done last week and did 4ml (which is the upper range for females). Paid 1200 euros. Yet my jawline is STILL undefined and looks horrible, like a have a double chin. I have done jawline filler in the past and had a snatched look -- so I know what is possible to achieve if I have a good injector. Unfortunately, the injectors don't know what they're doing at this clinic and I will have to dissolve the work they did and get it redone. What a waste of 1200 euros.

My favourite place! M1 in Liverpool Street has an amazing team — always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The service is top-notch every time. Highly recommend!

Dr.Kanaan Razan is super friendly and has professional attitude.She understood what i want and helped me to achieve it.She has bright future as cosmetic doctor!

The injector art was extremely rude and had no patience. He was upset because I asked for his opinion and told me to reschedule. When I asked if anyone else does it, he told me that I should do it myself. I guess he doesn’t want business or at least not from Americans.

We scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and clearly communicated the topic we needed advice on. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we were told that no one available at the clinic had the required expertise, and the appropriate specialist was not present. This resulted in a long journey without any outcome. We would have appreciated more respect for our time

Dr Farnaz was amazing. She explained the process of lip filler and took her time to make sure we were satisfied with the result. Highly recommend!
