Delayed shipment and Lost parcel
I had requested from the beginning that you check on my parcel, as it had not arrived for a long time. However, it took quite some time before this was actually looked into. When it was finally checked, I was informed that my parcel had indeed been lost.
According to your official website, the item should have been shipped within 2–5 business days, but in reality, it was only shipped after 15 days. I also did not receive a sincere apology regarding this matter.
Furthermore, I was told that a new tracking number would be provided, but I never received it.

As soon as this was confirmed, we immediately arranged a replacement for you to ensure you still receive your items as quickly as possible. Please note that in such cases, additional processing time may occur due to the investigation with the shipping provider.
Regarding the tracking updates, delays can occasionally happen between label creation and status scans, which is why the information may not have updated right away.
Your replacement order has been processed, and the new tracking details are provided automatically once the shipment is registered in the system. If you have not received them yet, we are happy to resend the information to you directly.

Not worth the price
I don’t understand how this label has so high ratings. I ordered earrings and a necklace: both look and feel like cheap plastic. I could’ve bought much better quality with cheaper price elsewhere. Definitely not the high-end jewelry feel as in the photos. And I realized they do not pay for returns so it makes no sense to send it back
