Require replacement battery. Emailed their support requesting information for supply in the UK, without success. Their support is about as much use as a chocolat teapot?

Sent the wrong item out and isnt replying to email, phone, twitter, facebook or instagram. Such poor customer service for products of a big price tag. So disappointing
Seriously, don't buy there! I wanted to return my keyboard because between order and shipment, I switched devices and didn't need it anymore. I have reached out to them on several channels (mail, google, instagram, Facebook) and have not received an answer nor a return label! They are legally obligated to take back the keyboard in a certain timespan, but have never replied and I have never gotten my money back.
Do not buy this product.
The keypad I purchased for a 4th gen iPad Pro 12.9 inch does not work properly. The keys type the wrong characters. I have been trying to return the item since I received it in early October but there is no one to speak to just an email to the US (with the timezone issues) to say I have been round the houses & getting fobbed off is an understatement - I would give Brydge a negative no of stars if I could. Appalling customer service!
