I ordered a on cloud shoes to Saudi Arabia. The 'shipping' that they charged me was $79.99 and the price of the shoes is $224.99 so I paid for the total of $304.98 which is 1,198 Saudi Riyals. After that though, the package has arrives and the delivery person siad that I must pay 143.74 Saudi Riyals, he told me it’s a custom vat charge, but I think this is extra hidden charge. I refused the package because I wasn't aware and didn't want to pay these extra fees. Then the delivery man told me that I cannot get the package unless I will pay the said amount! So I try to contact their customer service but it says they will response after 48 hrs and this is very disappointing 😔So I decided to take the package and pay the said amount! Although, in fairness to them I’m satisfied with the shoes and it’s 100% authentic. BUT STILL NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!

I returned a defective bag (faulty zip) to BSTN approximately one month ago. The return was received several weeks ago, which they confirmed.

According to their own policy, refunds are processed within a few working days after receipt. That timeframe has long passed, and I still have not received my refund.

I contacted customer service last Thursday to request an update. I have received absolutely no response. No explanation. No refund. No accountability.

Delays can happen. Silence after receiving returned merchandise is another matter entirely.

At this point, the lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I am still waiting for my money back.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this website.

everytime you find something on this site it looks way better but different in color to the actual product. A lot of things look so much better on their site that it truely deceive you and tricks you into fomo and wanting to buy it. Every time I bought something from this site, the item looked completely different in tone, like a juicy blue or bright green came out to be a almost black blue and a washed out mint green instead of bright leaf green. Such a hassle.. everything goes right back to them every single time. They definitely play with the saturation of the colors. Not even the original sites of the brands that sell their items enhance the colors like that.

Really disgusting experience : I placed an order for size 39EU (6UK) green München adidas sneakers. I got size 4UK (2 sizes !!!!!!!!!!!! difference ) without insoles !!!!!!!! Had somebody thought that foot size 39EU = 6UK will fit the sneaker size 4UK without insoles ? Moreover they charged me for returning item in original box to them and processing the refund total fee of 12.99 GBP !!!!!!!!!!! I buy shoes online and do shopping online for more than 10 years and never ever had such a situation that I got smaller shoes that I actually ordered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER RECOMMEND OR WILL BE BUYING FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing experience and incompetent fulfilment team! Order online at your own risk, as they have now sent me the wrong product twice in a row, even though the orders were months apart. How clueless can the fulfilment team be?
Also, you can't get the right product just sent to you, you have to purchase again, and then wait for the refund on the previous one, it's simply idiotic.

I again ordered the Bodha Perfume Oil "Plants" but instead received "Moon", twice. I'd understand if this was a huge warehouse and a brand like Zara or something, but this is shocking for a more premium experience.

Order placed for $181.98. Item arrived not true to size and box was damaged. Customer service promised a response within 48 hours but never replied. Attempted PayPal dispute but denied due to timing. No resolution provided.

Had a very bad experience with BSTN, I ordered a jacket which they were unable to deliver and without any notification the parcel got sent back to their warehouse. Their solution was that I have to reorder the jacket, and wait for my refund (it’s been over 1month, still no refund). I then proceeded to buy the jacket again, and yet again they were unable to deliver it. We have received several parcels and packages in this time without any issues but with BSTN there is a problem… I have tried to reach out to them to help me resolve this as I have been waiting almost 2months with about 700 euros locked to them and not a single product. Very disappointing customer service as this was the first, and last time I will be buying from here.

I’ve ordered from BSTN several times and they never disappoint. The product range is broad and always up to date, shipping is fast and well‑packaged, and the customer service team is outstanding—friendly, efficient, and quick to resolve any questions. A top‑tier retailer in every way.

I ordered a jersey and socks to Canada. The 'shipping' that they charged me was $15. After that though, the package showed up at my door and the delivery person siad that I must pay $66 extra in hidden fees and extra shipping. I refused the package because I wasn't aware and didn't want to pay these extra fees. They then siad that it would be $60 to return it!? Total scam.

Longgggggggg postage and delivery time frame. Poor communication, avoid this seller not good enough. Not happy with the service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I placed my order two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Customer service claims the parcel has already been prepared, and a few days ago I was assured it would be dispatched within 3 days. That has still not happened, and the shipment is apparently still waiting to be collected by the courier.

Got a great deal with a pair of trainers I wanted for a while. Had to wait only a week considering the transit and custom process! Very happy, will be back!

Absolutely joke of a company, my order 20000235979 has not been refunded claimed they done investigation and failed, haven’t given any reason. AVOID AVOID- not replying to any emails or calls

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience with BSTN. Over the last four months, I have been a loyal customer, spending over $5,000 on their platform, not including import duties. My trust has been completely shattered by my most recent order and the company's response,The Problem ,Receiving Used, Defective Products On order number 23000059652 When the shoes arrived, they were clearly used and defective. They had significant creasing, signs of wear on the soles, and other imperfections that are unacceptable for a product sold as new.The Worst Part Dismissive and Insulting Customer Service I contacted customer service with photographs as proof. My case was handled by a representative who was incompetent , and displayed exceptionally poor customer service skills. His response was dismissive, failed to address the core issue receiving a used product ,and claimed the condition was "normal" and due to "the fabric."Worst of all, after denying a proper return or refund, he offered a 5% refund as a "gesture of goodwill." This is not a resolution it is an insult to any customer who expects to receive what they pay for. It demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and fairness.
