I strongly advise against ordering from this company. First, they sent me the wrong item — and it was even a cheaper product than the one I paid for. Since then, the experience has only gotten worse. Their customer service is practically unreachable: calls get disconnected, and emails go unanswered. Despite returning the item and contacting them countless times, I still haven’t received my refund.
Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from them.

Ordered a hat on the 3rd of February was told it would be 3 to 6 business days for delivery gets to today I call Royal Mail and they say that the only thing that's been done as a label was created on Wednesday, the 4th of February so they haven't even posted it I contacted the store and they are trying to tell me that it's in transit when by Royal mail is tracking and as well as speaking to them it's never even been sent so all I want is my money back this was supposed to be for holiday that was going to on the 10th of February so because of them I'm now doing without so I just want my money back and I'll never use them again poor service and I don't appreciate being lied To

I've been waiting for a month and a half to get my money back on a return!

Ordered 6 days ago and haven't had shipping or anything yet. I understand delays, especially during sales so no issue there. But the total time to process and ship could end up being relatively long.

However, one item in the order has been cancelled as it is not available and will be refunded. It is however in stock in another size or colour that I would go for and would much prefer the offer of an alternative/replacement. Given the timeframe, I think this would be achievable.

Instead, I would have to do a full re-order (which I won't as it is no longer in the same promotion) and have been given a 10% compensation voucher with t&c's, so not really that useful at all.

I was a bit worried at the fact that BSTN is located in Germany (thank you Brexit) and that I had never purchased from them before, but I had a great experience in acquiring a Ralph Lauren sweater I have looking for ages. The price was really competitive, the article is genuine and the tracking is on point. It takes just a tiny bit longer because they have to clear customs, but not by much. In any case, the tracking is always spot on and they even let you know when the article has cleared and good to go.
I'll definitely buy from them again.

The response time after having my shipment refused by the service point took way to long. It has taken more than 48 hrs to receive feedback and now I have an amount of € 160,- out of pocket and no reply. This is not how I remember the BSTN service, what has happened?

I purchased the adidas gazelle red trainers. Kept me up to date from start to finish. There gorgeous for my hols. I can't thank them enough for the service and standard I received.

I received a faulty product and contacted the support about it. I waited for an asnwer but never received any kind of reply and by the time the product was sold out. I sent another email a few days ago but no answer again. Will not waste my money on this company ever again.

Do NOT order from this site!! Absolute nightmare and zero customer service.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair arrived defective, so I tried to return it. From the start, it was impossible to reach them: I sent multiple messages in both English and German, and I also called several times. No response at all. I wasted so much time and was beyond frustrated.

Eventually, someone finally replied and told me I had to pay the return shipping myself, with the promise they would reimburse me once they received the return. Fine ... I returned the shoes and sent them everything: proof of shipment, tracking number, and the receipt.

Then… nothing. A full month passed with no refund and no reply to my follow-ups.

When I checked the tracking, it showed the carrier couldn’t deliver because no one was available, so the return was taken to a pick-up location. I contacted the company again repeatedly, still no response. And here’s the worst part: they never picked it up. Ever. The package was just left there.

End result: I paid for the product and paid for return shipping, and I’m still out my money. This is beyond unprofessional, it’s unacceptable behavior for an online business. If you can’t handle returns, customer support, or basic communication, you shouldn’t be selling online.

Save yourself the stress and the risk: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
