Grate communication. All trends drop every week am on the website buying new products. The have all new products amd sneakers. My favorite store for all my Christmas shopping.

Avoid. Awful experience, and currently pursuing redress from this retailer under the European Small Claims Procedure. Ordered an item; wrong item delivered (item also clearly worn with NO manufactures labels attached); returned the item (as per my rights under EU consumer law) stating the reason; BSTN Store rejected the return claiming the item retuned was not the item ordered (the exact reason for the return!); ignored for extended periods communications and requests for a refund and/or efforts at resolution, forcing me to make a claim for redress via the European Small Claims Procedure. Buyer beware, but it’s recommended to avoid this retailer at all costs.

I very rarely write reviews. However will share my experience as i was unsure on ordering from other reviews.

Firstly they are the cheapest by a long way on the likes of onrunning trainers. There is nothing dodgy its all brand new with labels and genuine products.

Its coming from europe…. So yes UK Delivery will take time.

The refund process for me was very good considering it does have to go back abroad. The 12.99 return cost is steep so ideally make sure you want the product!

No negatives at all if anything the refund amount could be cheaper

Rated you with 4 stars because of pretty high prices and delayed delivery. Overal offer of products is great.

tracking made me not anxious about my order

BSTN is not good in my opinion, I ordered a pair of trainers as BSTN stated my package would be delivered within 3-6 days but it has been longer therefore I wouldn't recommend and it will be my first and last time using this retail store as i am truly disappointed at the delayed service this has led to me contacting royal mail to be certain if my package is there or have I been scammed

I am writing this to warn others about the terrible experience I’ve had with this company. On December 19th, I contacted them to report that I received a pair of shoes with a noticeable stain on one of them.
After multiple attempts to get a response, they finally got back to me an entire month later. Not only was the delay unacceptable, but their resolution was insulting: they claimed that I could have caused the stain myself and stated that no return or refund would be processed.
To make matters worse:
• Zero Accountability: They blamed the customer for a defect present upon delivery.
• Poor Communication: It took 30 days of silence before they addressed my issue.
• Lack of Professionalism: I didn't even receive an apology for the month-long wait.
I am extremely disappointed. This is not how you treat customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere where they actually value quality control and basic courtesy.

I have been waiting for my order for eleven days. I understand that the UK customs is understaffed, and the Germans are very efficient. Therefore, I suggest that your company notify customers of the shipment status daily when shipping to the UK, so that customers know when they can receive their orders.

Excellent trainers. Attractively priced, plenty of choice. Good communications & delivered safely & promptly.

I was worried since I live in Ireland that I was going to wait long time for my order. But it was shipped in two days and then next week it was here. So after this positive experience I'm going to shop again on your site.

The shipping was unbelievably fast! I was extremely satisfied with how quickly the process went. However, one point left me a bit frustrated — although I understand this is more related to Adidas’ product information than to BSTN itself: this Bad Bunny Sl72 sneaker runs small. There should be a note about this in the product description. If I had known, I would have ordered one size up from my usual size. Other than that, I’m very happy with the entire experience.

Relativly rare item thats hard to find on the internet for a great price.
Quick shipment, was informed on all the stages. The item arrived in excellent condition and you did a check up
