I ordered three weeks ago, still no delivery. I wrote to the B-Strong Team, no answer. Tracking shows waiting for Info. Order number BS-14818-S.

Ordered them over 3 weeks ago and still have not received them

I ordered my cuffs 3+ weeks ago. They still haven’t shipped. It said ships “7-10 days”. After that time I had to reach out to find out where they were and was told they might go out sometime the following week. At best it looks like maybe I’ll get them 1mo + after purchase. Pretty frustrating. If I knew this was going to be the process/experience I would likely have purchased elsewhere as I’m pretty eager to try these BFR cuffs out. Also tried to upload the iPhone application advertised for the BFR cuffs and that doesn’t seem to work/exist either. Not a great experience thus far

These bands have changed all about gym, walking, biking

At 74 I have always worked out. At 74, it’s no longer easy to built or mantain muscle

I workout an average of 4 hours a week. Now with these bands I am down to 2 hours. Minimal weight lifting and I am feeling and looking like 45

My wife is in love with them. I just bought a new set for my son

I purchased a full set a few years back and the cheap plastic fitting on the arm set for the pump connection cracked. BStrong didnt replace it. They made me purchase another set. Less than a year later the same cheap.plastic fitting cracked again. For the amount of money BStrong asks for their product in relation to alternate products on the market, they should warranty out their products for their obvious design defect. Its unacceptable. Buy something else theres better on the market.

As a former college athlete, I have been able to regain lost muscle mass and strength without hurting my joints, at 74 years old. I have been using the bands since June, I have now purchased kits for my wife and two adult sons. Very pleased with my results.

At 74 years old, over a period of just one month, I have achieved an increase in my strength and have begun to regain muscle mass without experiencing any joint pain. This has been accomplished by using the BFR bands with significantly less weight than would be required without the bands. I have ordered additional kits for my wife and two sons.

These bands are a lifesaver!
I feel more energized and my immunity has increased with lesser weights, now I can do the workout that I want and gain the results.
