Good customer service and good pricing at the time. But it looks like some things have Changed on pricing and taxs so I would have bought another miner from them but now with new updates will be moving on to a different company.

Fast shipping and good experience
I ordered my L7 on Jun 4 and it arrived on Jun 19, so very good shipping. Leah was very responsive to the questions I asked her via email. Would buy from again.

Great company, good communication.
Overall everything went well. The item shipped later than I had expected. But the company did upgrade my order to help compensate for the delay. They accept credit card, so that made payment easy. I would buy from them again and recommend others to buy from them also.

Used Miner for Price of a New One
The brand new, pre-order, miner I received was used. The plastic was opened, it had server rack marks and Bitmain confirmed they did not ship any used ones. When I flagged to BT multiple times they said they'd talk to management and then they didn't respond or try to make any pricing amendments.

as far as asic miners go there are alot of scams out there.. this site however is 100% legit guys!! have purchase from them twice now never had an issue! even had tech support to assists me . these guys are highly recommended and i will continue to purchase from them. thanks lena for the help on the phone and thanks leah for replying to all my stupid annoying emails i sent you ha!
