The unit was received in working condition and is currently up and running. The price drops in the weeks following my order with no subsequent reduction for a miner I had yet to receive was somewhat concerning.

After losing money with some other online miner store I was bit afraid to buy from Bt-miners. I had bit chat with them on whatsapp and finally place my order for KS0 . During the processing time they answer my questions and enquiries. Miner arrvied today very happy with it. Also happy atleast I found one legit online store for crypto miners. A+++++

I recently had an experience with BT-Miners, despite being legitimate, left me frustrated due to significant delays in receiving my product. While I acknowledge their legitimacy, I believe it's essential to share my honest review to help others make informed decisions.

Pros:
Legitimacy: Bt-Miners is undoubtedly legitimate, as I received the used ASIC eventually, and it met the promised specifications. There were no issues with the quality or authenticity of the used ASIC.

Customer Service: Their customer service team was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. They provided updates when requested and were generally courteous in their communication.

Product Quality: When I finally received the ASIC, it was of good quality and met my expectations.

Cons:
Delayed Delivery: The most significant issue I faced was the extensive delay in the company sending out my product. What was initially promised as a reasonable send-out timeframe turned into a prolonged wait. While delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, the lack of proactive communication about these delays was disappointing.

Lack of Transparency: The company could have improved the situation by being more transparent about the reasons for the delay and providing updated delivery estimates.

In conclusion, while this company is indeed legitimate and their customer service was responsive, the significant delay in product delivery and the lack of transparency about the delay were major drawbacks. I hope this review helps prospective customers in managing their expectations and making informed decisions when dealing with BT-Miners. If you decide to purchase from them, I recommend allowing extra time for delivery or seeking alternative options if you need the Asic miner within a specific timeframe.

Would have given 5 stars, but the shipping tracker does not work. I did contact support, and they sent me updated tracking information, which apparently only they had access to. Other than that, overall the purchase was a positive one.

You need to know your product better if your shipping a product from China to USA. I Purchased separate power supplies then they canceled the order on me after I paid ..then when the units arrived they came with the wrong chinese power supply but yet they new the product was to be shipped and used in USA..they could have suggested the right power supply or helped my find an alternative but they did not bother to let me know as I am new to.mining not the best service I've had better service where they look out for customer. They could have done better.

BT-Miners responded to questions, was accomodating my newbishness, and has shipped everything I ordered in the last 2 years on time. Packaging and units always look like its fresh from the factory. No issues with customs. A perfect experience in a very imperfect world.

They were very responsive, considering they are on the other side of the world from me and they took care of any shipping issues right away.

Would like to know when an order is placed when the order is going to be shipped.
Presently when you place an order you just wait weeks or more sometimes before you get the e-mail when it’s actually shipped. Not before.
With crypto price fluctuations any delay could add greatly to your ROI.

Customer service is the best I have had with ordering BT- miners from them and make it easier than ordering from amazon. Comparing prices they are also reasonable. It has truly been a pleasure ordering from them. Thank you!

The asic got to me on time, it worked perfectly, so far, no damage to the asic, I wish I have more money to buy more from them, they are trusted I used them because son of a tech recommends them, and he was right

Purchased a miner here over a year ago. Started getting an error, was able to set up zoom appointment, walk me through diagnosis, ship me the part, 2nd zoom call, and walked me through entire repair. 5 stars. Will buy from again, great customer service
