Trustworthy
I wanted to avoid credit card fees, so I took a risk of trying Zelle. I was very nervous as I had to do 2 days worth of transfers, so after my first Zelle I wanted to check with BT.Miners. And they responded quick! I then did my second transfer, and they confirmed the transaction fast. Following that, it was shipped in 5 days. It was a new, cheap ASIC with great operation. Totally recommend BT.Miners.

Great purchasing experience!
Bought an Avalon Q and the experience was great. Timely communication through WhatsApp, and fast shipping(5) days. I would recommend them for purchasing this product.

I recommend everyone steer clear of this untrustworthy, third-rate, fraudulent company (save your precious neurons).
I bought 5 October-batch BitMain Antminer KS5 miners from BT-Miners, to be hosted in their hosting facility in New York state. I paid $25926 by bank wire transfer ($11750 for miners, $1000 shipping, and $13176 for 12 months hosting, paid in advance to allow for a small discount).
During negotiations, it was specifically agreed upon that the miners will be new, not used, and shipped in October.
End of October, their sales guy Harvey told me the miners are being delayed by the manufacturer by about a month. I had no means of checking whether they were indeed delayed by Bitmain, or whether BT-Miners decided to mine with my miners for themselves. Had no choice but to wait.
In early December, after a 5 week delay, my miners finally shipped from China to BT-Miners hosting facility in NY state, and arrived there soon.
To be fair, they even paid me a 1-month compensation for the mining profits that I lost due to the delay.
Then the wait for deployment of my miners began, ie. them being turned on and mining. Several weeks had passed. Communication from Harvey at that stage went from average to horrible. Huge delays, and never actually answered why my miners couldn't go online. Just some random irrelevant BS answers, and then communication stopped completely.
From the BT-Miners website I learned that their NY state hosting facility is closing down. With no communication from the company I was a bit nervous about what's going on, so I found another BT-Miners sales rep Shauna's contacts.
She told me Harvey left the company.
Interesting way of doing business. When one of your sales reps leaves, isn't someone else at the company supposed to take over communication with customers? No, not according to BT-miners. They just took my money and forgot about my existence.
At that stage I wanted my miners shipped to me. I was also expecting the hosting fees I paid to be refunded, since BT-Miners did not run my miners for me for even a single hour, and their hosting facility was closing down.
However, communication with Shauna proved to be just as bad. Taking several days to reply to your email is normal for Shauna. When she does reply, her answers are incomplete, evasive and deceitful. With that, it took her another 2-3 weeks to arrange shipping my miners.
In early February I have finally received my miners. Except they weren't mine. Mine were supposed to be brand new, as was agreed upon in writing in the beginning.
What I received was 5 used and abused miners, lots of scratches, in non-original, Elphapex boxes, with no documentation whatsoever. One miner was dead on arrival. As of writing now, 6 months later, the broken miner is still in Bitmain's authorized repair site, and it's unknown when / if the repair is going to be completed and whether it will be covered by warranty. BT-Miners, off-course, completely ignored my complaint about them sending me a dead miner.
Additionally, all 5 miners had someone else's mining pool addresses / user ID's / wallet and what not. Given in what condition they arrived, this indicates BT-Miners lied to me when they said the delay in shipping was due to the manufacturer delay. Instead, it looks like they just ran my miners for someone else and got paid for it.
Worse, the $13176 hosting fees I paid have still not been refunded by that stage. At first, Shauna tried to refuse to refund the money coming up with some strange terminology and BS excuses. My refund arrived only in early March after I told them I was going to file a complaint of fraud in the US criminal court and their local police offices in the states of NY (where their hosting facility is) and FL (their bank wire transfer address).
Basically, they exploit the fact that payments by bank wire transfers (as well as in crypto) are irreversible, meaning they can send you any trash they like and you won't be able to get your money back, except through a lawsuit.

So far so good
Rough beginning but smooth at the end. "Ma and Pa" feel, and in the end, that's not a bad thing.
Poor Product and Unresponsive Support from BT-Miners
I bought AE Box miner from BT-Miners on the second of march 2025 for $2,563. It supposed to make 25$ a day, but when I get it the product only delivered $15 at first, now $2 weekly. On top of that they told me to declare it to customs as a “data server” worth $250, which led to €456 fine.
I emailed BT-Miners with a formal complaint on 24 July and also text them on WhatsApp on the third of June 2025 and they initially asked me what happened and then they ignore me I’ve heard nothing back. This has cost me money, time, stress, and their lack of support is unacceptable. I want , a refund or compensation and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Safe,Trusted and Reliable Purchase from India (Bengaluru)
I ordered the IceRiver AE1 Lite (270MH/s) from BT-Miners and had a great experience from Bengaluru, India. The entire process was very smooth—payment, shipping, and delivery all went as promised. My miner arrived safely, well-packed, and in perfect condition.
ordered on 18th July and received it on 23rd July
There were absolutely no issues with customs clearance in India. All documents were provided, and the shipment was transparent and easy to track. Customer support was responsive and helpful throughout. The miner is genuine, fully operational, and matches the specifications.
I highly recommend BT-Miners to anyone in India looking for ASIC miners. My experience was fully safe and reliable!
Ease of ordering
Ease of ordering, pricing and payment with secure verification made moving forward possible. Seems like a professional company at this point which is missing with others especially Amazon listings.
The staff are friendly
I was able to receive quick responses to my inquiries via WeChat, and they kindly explained the purchase process. The product was delivered successfully, and for some items, it was possible to return and receive them again if I paid the shipping fee.
