They claimed that they will send the crypto funds within 3 min after they receive the payment. I paid and nothing happened until the next day when I contacted their support to learn that they need a document justifying the origin of my funds. I guess they were waiting for me to ask where is my crypto before they were going to let me know that they need extra documents. Meanwhile, the crypto price was changing in the status of my order, while they claimed that they locked the price at the time of my payment — which was not true.

I agree that the information about how long time an order will take is misleading. It has been there for a long time. With all the mandatory controls we have to do now, it is simply not true any longer. I personally did some research into this today. Sine first of March 2022, out of all completed orders, 85% was completed within 30 minutes from payment. In other words, 3 minutes is simply not true any longer and I will personally make sure that we update that information. We have already removed the outdated information from the order page about two weeks ago.
The price is locked when the money is "captured" but not as long as it is only "reserved". I will make sure to add this to the FAQ page if it is not already there. It affects customers equally positive and negative since the bitcoin price can go both up and down during the time money is only reserved and not captured.

Dishonest company and a rude
Dishonest company and a rude, unhelpful "customer service", not people I like to leave my money with. They like to blame KYC and other requirement/laws to screw you over by delaying transactions, basically an interest free loan.
Why use this exchange when there are so many better alternatives, better fees and peace of mind. To Swedish customers, don't get into false sense of security because you're dealing with a Swedish company, they will scam you just as well.
This is the worst exchange I dealt with I had several incidents with them before closing my account, decided to try them out again a couple of years later thought maybe they got better, I was wrong still (questionable) business as usual. Been trading crypto for almost a decade, never had any problem with other exchanges, only this one

We are always looking for ways to improve and any feedback of what we could have done differently is highly appreciated. When it comes to the "free loan" I should just clarify that we only reserve balance until the actual trade is done. We have nothing to gain from having the orders take longer then necessary. Our support team works every day of the year to handle those orders that requires manual work. 85% of our orders are completed within 30 minutes. The remaining 15% are the ones that requires some type of manual work and possibly additional verifications or documentation from the customer.

I made 2 express transfers, they didn't manage to process it and sent me couple of link for verification though I clearly stated that this links are not working on my devices. Still didn't receive neither my BTC nor my money back.

2 months passes and no money or help
I tried to sell a smaller amount BTC with bt.cx, i have been waiting for over 2 months now and no money so far and they are not helping at all.

They advertise themselves to be a safe and fast way of purchasing BTC but it’s all a lie to trick people to purchase via Swish so that there is no way of getting your money back when you don’t receive your BTC’s. The comments on here are purchased so that can cover up for themselves and seem legit. Don’t fall for it & use Safello.com instead as they are more secure !!!

En verifiering går i regel snabbt (oftast tar det några minuter att genomföra och någon timme att behandla) och sedan genomför vi ordern.
