Excellent professional experience
Excellent service, very organised and professional. The house sold for much more than expected. I watched the auction online it was nice to see the live action on my screen at home. Again very professional, overall an outstanding experience.
SDL worked with Hannells the local estate agent, this was a seamless experience, excellent service from Hannells too who went out of their way to help us.

It was the first time I used SDL. services
The sale on our property had fallen through.
After nearly 6 months waiting.
So the suggestion of selling in the auction seemed very attractive .
Mr. Scott Light from SDL services explained everything to me in a very friendly , courteous , efficient and realistic manner .
We mutually agreed on the guide price .
The property was sold on the SDL auction at a relatively fair price .
I am now happy that the completion would be in one month time . And greatly relieved that finally the property is sold .
