Absolutely awful people scamming us. I got a photo from black and white to colour which was shown to be a once off €1 payment. I got a random charge of €35 today from this website. I did not do anything to pay a subscription.

1 Star is too much. This is a scam website through and through, shouldn't even be allowed on the internet. After entering in card info for just a $1 purchase, it will say "your card has been declined" despite the charge going through. It will then ask for another card. Don't give!

Paid £1 to restore one photograph, which I might add didn't work anyway, to then find I'd had another charge of £29 for a subscription a week later.
No mention was made of this on the website. Should have looked at the reviews first.
Total scam company, to be avoided!

As many others say, this website is an absolute scam.

Paid for $1 image then they sign you up for an account with no confirmation or information that you have been signed up for an account.

You then get charged over $50AUD.

That would be fine, if you wish to use the service but its inferior to free ai services.

Terrible scam! Do not give them your card. I also paid the $1 to vectorise a jpeg, at no point did it say I was signing up a subscription. 8 days later they stole $65 from my account. I have written them to cancel and get refund, fingers crossed they reply. Have also notified my bank and will have to block my card.

scam they take your money and provide no serivce so far i have been charge £0.89 and £0.89 and today £30.56 stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cancelled the subscription same day and they still charged me after they sent me two emails saying it was cancelled now they are saying they can’t find my email to get my money back I sent them two proofs of them taking my money now I’m waiting for a response

I am NOT a computer expert! - however Bubbi has provided me with an excellent service, answered my questions simply and quickly
I find their image enhancement software to be excellent and easy to use

Paid £1 to edit a photo 2 weeks ago and got charged £29 today! Furious! Reported to bank & blocked!

This is another scam wherein you are charged £1 or the equivalent to sharpen up an image and then they sign you up for a subscription a week later. You get no email explaining this after paying the £1 and not even an email once they charge £29 to confirm your unapproved subscription. The UK banks won't help you so DO NOT use this con service.

If I could give no stars I would. I saw an ad I could vectoize an image for 1 dollar. Was terrible and I could not use it anyway.
Was the charged 35.00 on my credit card for my subscription which I had no idea I dined up for. Would not refund my payment. Opened a dispute with credit card. This is a total scam and the service is awful.

Same as many of the reviews on here. Purchased a one-off photo edit, then a week later £29 taken from my account for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up to. I'm so careful at making sure I do not sign up to anything or cancel something if they say I will be charged after a period of time. NONE of this was made clear. I have contacted them for a refund so will see what happens!! Wish I had read reviews first!!!

Total scam website. Be warned, do not use this site. Make you think you are paying $1, and then, in actual fact, you are joining a subscription at a very high rate.

I tried converting an image, paid a nominal fee, and the image came out worse quality than before. Now I've been signed up for a plan without my knowledge, and trying to cancel.

Same as everyone else. Paid $1, got scammed 5 days later with a $55 payment. S sewed up my Apple Pay for life, now waiting for a new card and Canada post is on strike, wonderful.

Absolutely tricksters. You are made to think its a one time payment of a £1 . But unless you go back and cancel your subscription within 7 days you will charged £29.00 a month. No refund. No help. No support. Just a bunch of crooks.

This site is a total scam. It is very misleading. Do not use this site and do not give them any information. I reported them to credit card company and thankfully they reversed the charges.
