Their support is non existent. I asked to cancel my subscription before free trial ends and they keep trying to charge my card. I asked many times an many different "support" e-mails and receive generic replies on all of them.

Signed up for the "free 14 day trial" and then asked them via support to cancel it.

They say in their support documentation that they will do it for you. Instead I got sent a canned response that I could do it myself.

There was no option to cancel, only move to a "zero dollar plan" despite the fact that the knowledge article specified that there was a button to cancel. There wasn't.

Support is awful and they scam you out of money during the supposedly free trial.

There is no information on your account page that details when your card will be billed or how to cancel, even though they say in their terms:

c. Cancellation. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by going to the “Plans and Billing Information” section of your “Account” page

Was charged out of nowhere $30 after a free-trial. I had messaged them before asking to cancel, and got no response. If there's no option on the website to cancel, and customer service never responds, then they can very easily scam users. The "24/7 support" claim is a joke, not heard from them once.

I was tricked with their trial. They don't issue refund although I didn't use their service.

Crap, crap, crap. Thieves as well.

Very bad. Using a template will hiddenly activate the trial plan. There is no way to cancel the trial except to delete the template. Then it will charge your credit card lots of amounts that make you feel robbed.

Don't try it

Support on a personal plan ($29 per month, before the increase announced for next month) is terribly slow and most of the time useless. They claim it to be 24/7 support, however this only applies to the first level of support, which is made of non-technical people. If you have an issue that requires the help of someone who can actually use Bubble, they escalate the issue to Tier 2, which only works Mon-Fri, 9AM to 6PM.
This is ridiculous for a service that it's mostly used by business owners. Most of the time you will be on your own. Good luck

Very limited functionality. They just care about charging your card.

Like most fast play SaaS, this product is built around marketing and buy flows that make it hard to find out how to actually trial the product without getting charged. Don't waste your time with a trial. You're gonna end up paying for it and they won't refund because they just care about a fast buck.

Bubble is a no code app builder that will help you develop an MVP or an internal tool for your company quickly.
What I didn't like about it, is that some of the most important features like media management is not well integrated. On bubble, you cannot find a component that enables the user to upload multiple images for example, resize and compress them in the browser.
Finally, if your app is media heavy, the most expensive bubble plan offers you 50 Gb which is not enough for any serious app.

Horrendous software - Software doesn't work at all. Also, I had canceled my account - they still charged my card - dark payment patterns, you cannot figure out where your billing and cancellation options are

Bubble is an exceptional tool for developing apps and web systems. Incredibly powerful, modular and with a great capacity to bring functional and extremely useful products from the universe of ideas.
I strongly recommend its adoption, not only for MVPs, but also for large production systems, automation and especially SPREADSHEET REPLACEMENT.

I am incredibly happy with Bubble, it literally feels like God sent, it is the first time I find a product that actually empowers me to this extent. I am literally able to build entire complex websites like in-demand marketplaces, and sites like Airbnb, with no-code.

I have been using Bubble for 6 months, and before that I have lots of experience with Wordpress/WooCommerce (3 years), Webflow (3 years), Squarespace (1 year), and 5 years of developing sites with JS. And the worst of them is working with developers, not because developers are bad, it's just much harder to translate what you want and get them to think it through. With bubble, I can find the answers myself and do them, think of it like Microsoft Excel, what's easier, you putting a calculation together and managing it (if you knew how) or asking someone to code and waiting for every feedback to be implemented and the constant back and forth?

That said, bubble is not perfect and has some flaws, for example the UI can be more UX friendly, and some features can be improved like SEO, but there are workaround those and in time I imagine Bubble will either fix it directly or would have powerful integrations that do that. And I would any day be willing to live with it's small setbacks, since the return of benefits is insanely high. Truly glad bubble exists.

Good platform for building modern websites at a reasonable price with no code technology.

I'm so impressed and pleased with Bubble. The sheer amount of logic and configuration is astounding. Sure, there's a learning curve, but holy cow, you can develop just about anything.

Bubble is an easy to use tool for websites with simple functionality. I haven't used it for anything complex but you could easily recreate sites like AirBnB, Facebook, Etsy and other top platforms.

I am a huge fan of bubble.io, it’s by far the best no-code tool and allows you to develop complex apps at zero cost before going into production.

Bubble.io is extremely expensive once you go into paid plan. They will punish you for not knowing coding.

Bubble.io have started pandering to minority hires of USA resulting in full of scammers left and right.
Stay Away!!
Save yourself time and money. There are better options out there.
