I ordered from this company for a second time having loved my first order and the service provided was superb. Like other recent reviewers have said I have had the complete opposite experience this time. Placed my order for a double base and two bulbs in October, money was taken but I was then contacted to say that one of my items was out of stock but would be in by the end of November. Since then absolutely no response despite many attempts at contacting them via email and their ‘soon to be coming’ website . £100 with nothing to show for it. I have now raised the issue with my credit card company.

Ordered a bulb back in September 2021 never received it, was told it was out of stock and they’d be back in in 2 weeks but then they went quiet , no replies nothing. Website down, are they out of business ?

Ordered a Mr and Mrs Lamp in October for a wedding gift. Money was taken from account straight away but no lamp arrived. I have tried to contact them so many times and haven’t heard back from them. Total scam company if you ask me!!! They just stole my £100

Ordered a bulb over a month ago and never arrived. Made numerous attempts to reach out asking for shipping updates and never got a response. Wouldn't bother ordering from here ever again..

We received a Mr & Mrs lamp for our wedding, however when setting it up, we quickly established that one of the bulbs did not light up. The bulbs themself are fine as we tested each one, therefore it is an electrical fault. It is a sealed unit, therefore, I am unable to try and mend. We have now spent the last week with 5 or 6 emails, their contact sheet completed and also via Instagram, however no one has responded. We require a replacement to be sent please. There is no phone number or address for the company.

Great company, Lamp is really high quality, easy to assemble and bulb is stunning! Would buy from them again and highly recommend!

It looks so nice when it’s on in the evening it’s just as described online. I received a Speedy delivery and the lamp was well packaged. I love it 😊

My second order from this company wasn’t as great as my first! Waited ages for the order, when it came the base was badly damaged. A replacement was sent the next day. On the fb page I saw a post for returning customer discount but only after I’d left a review... well my first experience was good.
The kind bulb itself was twisted in such a eay that only the start and end letters are bright the rest is dull, patchy. The love bulb was bright and consistent.
All on all left feeling :( about this order!

Update: contacted by this company following my honest review. Back and forth messages over days with me constantly advising the bulb is faulty by the naked eye and I cannot photograph the fault. I mean I have another BB lamp for goodness sakes! I know what that one is like!!!
Finally offered a 50% discount code off my next purchase and they cannot guarantee the bulb quality due to variations... what?! flabbergasted! How does that help me????
Would not recommend this company. Have given them plenty of chances to send me a replacement which they havent done and I’m still left with the original heavy damaged base, not allowed to put in household waste!!

Love these bulbs and lamps. I have a fizz bulb floor lamp, the love bulb and gin bulb lamps and they are incredible. The colour of the light the bulbs give off is gorgeous. Customer service is wonderful too - I highly recommend these bulbs snd this company ❤️

I bought the LOVE bulb and brass lamp for my daughter and we absolutely love it. Gorgeous big bulb, soft red light and the actual lamp stand is so fab quality and bigger than I expected. Definitely coming back for another one soon 😊
